Just want to shoot of my loan officer Jeff Cisneros a huge shoutout. I needed to pay off my lease and really just started to get info about the process when I called this branch. I was fortunate enough to get connected to Jeff and I have to say his level of professionalism and service is something I rarely see anymore. He within 2 days had me set up with a loan with excellent terms and wrapped up everything I needed with my lease company. I am extremely happy with my experience and cannot shout Jeff out enough. Bank Teller did everything in her power to make our visit absolutely impossible. We wanted to deposit our child's (who's a MINOR) auto accident settlement into our account, but since the lawyer refused to add either my name or my son's father's name to the check (like the paperwork we had notarized had. It just had my minor son's name on it). I have NEVER had any issues with other banks accepting a check made out to my child and depositing it into my bank account. All I had to do was print my son's name on the back along with the word MINOR and sign it myself. Grow Financial just doesn't seem to care about their clients, and I'm half tempted to close out our accounts, and go to a bank that actually knows what they're doing.

My boyfriend and I recently opened an account here and were given excellent service. They gave us tips to grow our credit, and got us approved for a credit card and a loan to start building our credit. Months ago we tried banking with Regions (we visited more than one branch location) .. they couldn’t get us a credit card, and tried saying they “couldn’t find” the money he deposited when he opened his account. That place was a mess, and absolutely no comparison to the care and expertise we received from Nene at Grow Financial. Thanks again.

After my card was compromised, I went into this branch specifically. Phynedra was wonderful!!! I truly cannot say enough good things about her. She made a very stressful situation an actual positive experience. She was so kind, and engaging, definitely an asset to this company. I love Grow, and the way they handled my situation...I'll bank with them for life!

My husband and I have only had great experiences here. Today, I feel it’s necessary to leave a review because I called them 5 minutes before close and requested a card to be printed. I lost track of time and was that jerk who asked a place to do something quickly for them, right before closing, and they had my card printed within 10 minutes. I ran in gave them my credentials, waited one minute and was all done! Thank you!!!

Service is friendly and quick at this location. Their as atm's are high tech, they take in cash and checks without having to worry about envelopes. They have more locations than some other credit unions. I was also able to add a Christmas club account online. Christmas club option is great it's a way to pile up Money that you can collect at the end of the year. Alot of banks have eliminated this option. It's a fantastic savings device.

This is not a review, but a question that I can't pose without a rating, so here goes: I was a long time member with M FCU, and my son is now a member with Grow Financial. I can't figure out why Grow Financial can't be found on the NCUA Credit Union Finder. And why are reviews being answered by "the owner"? Used to be that members were the owners. Has that changed? I have an adult son in Utah who needs my help at times. He is a member of a CU there. Do you have interactive service, where I can deposit funds for him - and how long would it take before he'd have access to them? Thanks. Helen

Always have the best banking experience at this store. The downtown Tampa store is a walking distance from my job but I prefer to drive here. Didn’t know banking can be fun. Ask for Nene...she’s amazing.

I had the pleasurable opportunity to deal with Phynedra Little this past Friday. It made me wonder everyone asks to complete a survey on the person they spoke to on the phone. What about those we meet person to person. I was a banker for 29 years proudly advancing from teller to Assistant Treasurer and know what it means to have someone appreciate the effort of one on one. She was a jewel to do business with and I will be doing more because of her. So easy to complain, so "have not time" to compliment. Good job Phynedra. Oh, nice office.

What can I say, they are very slow. It took an hour just to change a card. But at the end it got done. I wish they had more employees willing to assist instead of hide behind a glass door. It would have been two stars but the young lady that service me remain polite through out.
