The management team is always very amenable. The buildings have a fresh look and are well-maintained. I recommend their properties to any businesses looking to move to the South Florida area.

Grover Corlew has been a tremendous community partner supporting both non-profit organizations and industry groups in addiiton to adding value to the surrounding areas where the company's buildings are located.

Terrible and cruel company to rent from. Stay clear from them . Find a better landlord . During the beginning of the pandemic the check of the rent got lost in the mail and I was behind on the rent for two weeks . It was not even my fault as I had sent the check . They never called me to enquire what happened, I just received a letter from a lawyer and they wanted me to pay for the lawyer too!!! Ms Dionne Sims does not even answer my messages. Terrible customer service.

I echo Maria Aguilar's comments. USPS mail delivery delays since the pandemic are well documented, however I was charged an excessive late fee for a payment sent on-time (as we have done for over 4 years at this location) that was received a day or two after the due date. Grover Corlew referred the matter to an attorney and sent an invoice for the legal fees.

Flexible, willing to work with tenants. I recommend their properties to businesses moving to South Florida.

Recommend working with them if relocating to South Florida. Owners and their staff are easy to do business with.
