    Poorest customer service! Their ATM machine was malfunctioning and took $600 of my cash without depositing it to my account! I’ve been going there for a week and nobody is responsive! Apparently was my fault so I have to wait and see if the ATM technician approves my claim otherwise my money is gone.

    I have been working to resolve an EFT issue with my business account that I brought up to Green State. They called for collections on my account when I had be trying to resolve the issue. They did not look into any communication I have had in trying to resolve the issue, and did not issue any apology, but rather stated that they were sticking to the facts on the account. They did not even review my prior emails or the facts on the account prior to calling me. It is really disappointing when you're trying to work through an issue and they are threatening to charge late fees and state that your account is delinquent when you have done nothing wrong.

    Really upset with all the system/app issues since they converted to GreenState, if it wasn’t such a pain to move my accounts - I would have done it already. No accountability from them when I call about issues, not even an apology, just excuses and reps advising you to track your accounts on paper as “best practice” - ummm excuse me? I was tracking my finances through the app, now you expect me to go back to the dark ages and keep track on paper? That is absolutely absurd in this day and age. Fix your system issues or you’re going to get a lot more people leaving. I am so sick of hearing I’m the only one having this issue - clearly that’s not true. Requested to speak with a manager and was told someone would call me in 24-48 hrs.. are you kidding me? I feel like I’m being lied to and I feel like they are not taking accountability at all, whatsoever - very disappointing green state. ——————UPDATE——————— A manager did call me back and apologized for the associate that I had previously spoken to. The issue I was having at that time was resolved, however their app still has other issues that leave room for improvement.

    I loved my Greenstate until they hired a bunch of rude staff, very very rude and I am disappointed because I now have to drive all the way to Coralville to do my transactions or talk to bankers, my family and friends agree too. I never thought that I’ll be saying this about GreenState. 😔😔

    I loved the uiccu until I stared keeping better track of my money and noticed they consistently had different numbers than I did. I had atm slips stating how much I had then I would check online banking and see I had 100+ dollars less for the same transaction! Ridiculous to say the least!

    Staff is friendly, and knowledgeable. Company policy, however, leaves abit to be desired in regards to caring for their clientele, and community. Over all though, a decent experiance just not quite fulfilling.

    Customer service needs improving, just try getting someone on the phone to talk with..every time I call it’s a very long wait!
