Greenleigh - Williamsburg Homes Heritage St, Baltimore

We purchased one of the Ryan Homes, and I have to say im extremely pleased with my townhouse. Bobby our building manager went above and beyond what my wife and I expected of him. Yes there were some problems through out the process, but we had Bobby and all of the sudden our problems where gone. My wife did dislike, a structural change, because we opted for the fourth floor. But I think she gotten over the unexpected change. What was change? The washer and dryer was located in the third floor hallway closet. The fourth floor structure changed forced the bathrooms and closets to become smaller while adding an additional room for the laundry. Not a big deal in my opinion so I did not lower to four stars. But my wife was really upset at the time The HOA on the other hand is a different story. See my review of comsourse.
