Greater Kentucky Credit Union Lexington Rd, Versailles

Came to talk about some personal stuff and maybe see my options on credit building options and the only person I was able to talk to was Susan who was sitting at a teller window, where nothing I would of said was private, and she didn’t seem to want to get up and head to office where she said she’s normally at anyways, very unprofessional and fairly rude.

Greater Kentucky Credit Union has been a secure place to keep my accounts, and the people are friendly enough. The Versailles location isn't terribly convenient, though. It seems that if I want to do anything more than just very basic things, I need to go to their Red Mile branch. And if I need to do anything on a Saturday when I actually have time to do it, again, It's a trip to their Red Mile branch. Their online/app experience is also a little lacking. I've moved a couple accounts around the block to Commonwealth Credit Union, which is a full service, open-on-Saturday branch. I may move the rest soon.
