    Not happy right now. Late fees are excessive. 10% of invoice being 4 days late. Wow. Will take our business (3 businesses in 2 states) elsewhere. *Edit* To be clear, I have never asked for my late fee to be waived. After responding to the email response, I brought up how late fees are not listed in any of the monthly invoices. Not once, in any of them. Only fees that are listed are bounced checks. Not transparent at all. I was being referred back to ("don't you remember our one page simple form? It is on there") what I have signed and what I have agreed to. I simply do not remember. It would've helped if it is on the invoice. Bottom line, what I was told is if you have a monthly payment of $150k, your late fee would be $15k, remember that (good motivation). I was told that if I wish, my fees can be waived as long as "this is the last time". Felt like being reprimanded by a superior. It was our first time and only 4 days past due. No thanks. I paid the late fees and the balance in full 5 months early (12 month loan), finance charges do not get adjusted if you go that route fyi. Simply done.

    We've been sending GAFS check payments every month for over 5 years and they recently received our payment 4 days late due to a pandemic-weary slow mail service plus illness in the our office. We were charged $26 late fee and when asked if we could show us leniency, they refused. As a customer and especially as a non-profit organization, we are disappointed in their customer care.

    Awful Awful company! They require in writing that you want to stop payment - but a half year in advance, in a small time frame. There is no written reminder telling you it's coming time to renew. They refuse to stop taking payments out of our account even though we haven't had the copier for over a year!!! We ate another year of payments without having the copier! Awful!

    Five Stars. After receiving complaints about a lease my firm had with Great America Finance, the company quickly investigated, responded and within 24-hours, the matter was resolved. GAF's quick, pragmatic resolution was impressive; so much so that I would be remiss to fail to acknowledge it publicly with this review. Without hesitation I would recommend engaging GAF's services to friends and colleagues. Five Stars.

    Zero stars! when my contact could not be fulfilled, this company would not compromise. They would rather take no money than the sum I offered. I offered more than 1/2 of what they wanted. I was getting this money together by not paying my mortgage for the month. This company does not care about their customers only about profits.

    Buyer beware - each month it seems to be something with this bunch. However, there is ALWAYS an excuse as to why we are encountering an issue…this time. Today was the final straw for me - we are regulatory compliance assessors and are all out of the office on assignments. A corporate check is not something we carry on a business trip. Not only is Great America's payment process antiquated for a financial institution, but they could also care less about the service to the customer. I am the Contract Admin for C2N, I seriously thought I was incorrect when I tried to pay the bill today and the invoice stated "check" only. I thought it mean online. We contacted Great America, the Representative could careless, he proceeded to lecture on how they didn't accept the card as to not " trade one debt for another"- seriously? Had I read the review comments before entering into this lease, they would NOT have our business. With a 2.6 rating, there is a trend within Great America of issues that seems to not have been addressed for years. Everyone cannot be wrong. My mistake. Our second mistake was trusting our Duplicating Products Rep's recommendation as they had been a long-standing vendor, so we listened. Our experience has been anything like the claims Duplicating Products made. I am not sure why Duplicating Products continue to promote this group as our experience has been one problem after another - they should be tired of hearing about it.

    Beware of this company. Their contract will get you every step of the way and is very dishonest. You must cancel your printer lease 60 days in advance or they will bill you 2 months automatically to close out your lease if you wait till the weeks before your lease is up. They won't tell you where to ship the printer until you paid out their "quote" and if you refuse to they will never tell you where to ship the printer and will bill you to the end of time until you pay. Absolutely crazy that they take you hostage like that. You are also responsible for shipping your printer back which we had no idea. Also don't forget to be 2 days late on your payment or they will charge you 20$+ dollars automatically. They are one of the worst companies to work with.

    Would not recommend. Should not have to lease a copier at this expense. Set all of our settings to default to color when they installed then charged us for unknown print jobs. They are pleasant but do not actually work with anyone to help reduce unexpected costs. Also, payments got sent in the mail but never received and we are issuing more checks but if we dare issue a stop payment on the first set and by chance they receive them we are charged for the fees. Will not refund late fees either in good faith since we did not know they didn't receive the checks until 2 months went by. More headache than help at this point.

    ****EDIT**** I was contacted by GreatAmerica and we have reached a solution. Mr. Doty was willing to work with us on our issues. I would give a lower score if I could. I have been trying to cancel the service for months with no luck. I finally talked to someone in "customer service" who is no help at all. We have been short handed because of the pandemic and the whole country to trying to help businesses that have been affected but not Great America Financial. So again we are paying another 1400.00 for a service that we can not use. We will never use this company again
