    Unfortunately this is not a good bank. I couldn't access my online statements while trying to secure a loan. Physically had to drive to bank location. Teller was also unable to provide statements because bank was recently acquired. They had to put in a request to their engineers to access and said they would email in 24-48 hours. I never received statement, so I had to physically drive to the bank again. They still couldn't provide, so they had to ask corporate. Finally they were able to access and print. Unfortunately they will be losing our business, and we will be switching to a credit union today.

    Terrible customer service, nothing but excuses and no real answers. Employees will stare at you instead of helping you. Waited 30 minutes in line to be told they can’t do anything because the changeover screwed up my fiancés account. I highly suggest banking elsewhere this place is terrible and don’t care about the people who bank with them.

    I was sitting at the drive thru from 10:49am-11:08am. They really need some help in the drive thru because I never sat a bank for that long waiting for them to put money into my bank. The lady working the drive thru was nice but she really needs help running it. I went earlier thinking I would have enough time before my nail appointment but I ended up having to leave and then come back later so I could make my nail appointment on time

    Possibly the roughest buyout and transition, not to mention they aren’t open Saturday at all anywhere. I will be switching banks Monday.

    Went in to see about getting a quick notary signature, they had one available and it is a quick process but refused to even help due to not being a client of the bank. I even offered to pay 20 dollars because I was in a hurry but still told me no. Very unhelpful and will never do any future business with them.

    Terrible service. Been with this bank for over 4 years and have undergone a lot of problems especially with online banking. One time there were two large deposits in my account. Unfortunately, never heard of either company. After that they took away my online banking which I absolutely have to have to monitor my account. I should have left at that time to another bank. Not the way to run a financial organization. Currently with US Bank.

    Never had any issues with rude tellers and I've been coming here for 5 years. Money deposited in your account is immediately available. You can deposit checks up to $2500 right from your phone and most are available the same day. I've banked with several banks over the years and Great Western has been one of the best so far.

    Do yourself a favor and take your money to a credit union..... They will call you if you forget to transfer money from one account to another because you work 12+ hours a day and coach youth sports another 12 hours a week...... Great western will just take more of your money..... And now they are going to charge you to have money that they loan out to other people......

    Charged me $5 to cash a check drawn on Great Western. Manager got involved and was not friendly. There are so many great banking options, I would never bank here. There is a reason they have such a low rating.

    The tellers are very rude definitely never going to this location ever. I was very close to closing my account. I went to the one close to my home I gave them 5 stars never had any problems with them. I happened to be near the L street branch second time having a rude person.
