    I wish I could give zero stars personally to Darci! I remember when she came to our business United Furniture in Aberdeen in 1998-1999. Back when they were only one suite in the building they are currently in. My first car loan came from them. We pushed for their financing because we wanted to establish a community credit union. Fast forward to today. Since, we have 4 kids, (one has an account at the CU) bought a house (which they only had limited 15yr lending for), so we went thru the very supportive US Bank. Which I would recommend. We own a corporate business and I personally have 3 college degrees. I don't say this to brag. I say this to empress upon you that to what degree I understand how growth has deteriorated this establishment. It's a corporation so frustration is distributed and never accountable. I tried to air my frustration after all these years with Darci and she asked that I go online, so that the outreach would be further. I thought this was a strange ask. Yet, here I am. We will be moving our account, but now it literally don't matter because the Great NW has grown to extremes to almost "to big to fail." There has been loads of turn over, but the one constant is Darci. Bigger isn't always better. Though it might not help... I lost my faith in credit unions and personally will move my business account and personal account to a Bank.

    Through the many years now I've been with. Greatnorthwest. And through those years they have been so very good to me affording me to get an RV to snowbird in my retirement. Thanks to all and I hope to see many more years with you Michael Herbst

    Love this Credit Union - I moved a few months back, and wanted to open my accounts a bit closer to home, so after doing a bit of research chose GSNFCU. So happy with their service! Setting up the accounts was easy, great reminders and notifications and great staff to work with! I also have the opportunity to work with them as a trusted partner for business services. GSNFCU is doing all they can to maximize their knowledge and expertise to assist business members in growing their businesses in 2021. Great bunch of folks here who care about their members!

    Love getting told one thing only to have the opposite happen. Was told 2 weeks ago that if I used the ATM it would be available immediately, worked for that paycheck. Now this paycheck I have to wait till Monday. Then I was told that someone would be in the morning to release it, nope no one is in to release money on Saturdays. And all I was told was "im sorry" Now I can't take my gf on our date or pay a passed due bill. Wonderful customer service.

    Employees are friendly-ish. However- the wait is always FOREVER long. I say friendly-ish because they’ll make eye contact when they’re not helping anyone… and then they avoid helping you. It’s weird? If you have errands to run- don’t come here if you don’t have an extra 20-30 minutes to spare. I’m about to switch to TwinStar. Even driving to Umpqua out in Monte would be better since the drive would take as long as my wait time here.

    My rating is dropping unfortunately. I have banked with them for years and recently, it seems that nobody on the floor is trained very well. I needed an account set up by the end of the week. Friday, I was told I needed a certain original hard copy, through the mail because their policy had changed. The brochure she handed me did not state that detail. I later found a digital copy and called them asking if it would work. We decided I would email it to them to verify. She confirmed I would get a response in an hour if it was sufficient. I did not. Saturday, I called and explained the situation. After a very long hold, I was told that the document would work. I told her I would be in before closing to set that up. When I got there, I was told that they need at least an hour to set up the account. I was once again turned away. It seems the account could have been set up on Friday with a bit of better communication. Neither time did they have more than two customers other than myself with a full staff. Despite the enormous inconvenience, the girls were pleasant. And I have had a wonderful experience in the past. I am writing this for training purposes, in hopes that my experience will increase in the VERY near future. And that this is not an indication of the service I will continue to be receiving. Thank you for your service.

    Not happy. The branch manager specifically herself told me what I had to do to cash a check. A check that is a refund from closing my accounts at my old bank. Like not someone with an account through another bank specifically from Wells Fargo bank themselves. I had deposited 3 of the 4 into my account. I held off on one in case I made it out of town to Wells Fargo to cash it being it was for $800. She said after the 14 day hold was up for the first 3 checks then the last one since it's from the same place I will just be able to cash it no problem. 14 days later the 3 checks cleared I go to cash the last one and I'm told no now they want to out a 9 day hold on it. I get it completely except that the branch manager told me different I would have deposited the check the day I did the others if she did not say that. If it wasn't true or there was other circumstances that could cause a delay or hold on this check she should have not said what she did to me. I feel lied to, this really is a dilema I have already waited 14 days for my money I have no choice but to got out of town now. She shouldn't of spoke with certainty if there was circumstances that could make it untrue. She should have knowledgeable of that fact being the manager. and not to mention her and the teller both made me feel really unvalued of a customer. Sad my family banks through them and i just would rather bank some where I am valued as a customer. And just talking to them how they sounded made me feel that I wasn't.

    Have had a account here for a year now. Always great customer service, very friendly. Could definitely work on cutting down the line times at busy hours. They only run 1 to 2 cashiers even when it's busy. I've spent upwards of a hr in line. But other then that they have helped me build my credit score up, and always try to do there best at helping

    I recently got an auto loan through Great Northwest Federal Credit Union and I was surprised and pleased by how easy and fast Anne made this process. Anne Jones really worked hard to get me my auto loan and a great monthly rate. As a first time auto loan borrower, I would definitely recommend this credit union to anyone.     Went there on a Friday and was referred to them by Manny the salesman that got me a beauty of a car. (Volkswagen Tiguan) The Cashiers and the Finance department staff were very friendly, efficient and gave me quite a few pointers! I got my auto loan within an hour and at a low rate of 9.9 apr, I mean my payments are so cheap for such a pricey car. I am so overall pleased with them, they were so helpful, especially for a person that has no credit and wants to build up. I would recommend anyone to try this place first! I mean 258 a month on my car payments!! Never had a payment so cheap!! Will defiantly be going back to them for a second vehicle loan when this one is payed off.
