If I could give this location 0 stars, I would in a heartbeat. I hope it is only this location and not the whole financial institution that is garbage. I refinanced my car through GLCU and worked with Teresa Qualls, Branch Manager at this location. I set up automatic payments for April 19th, 2021. I noticed in my account that it said I had a late payment at the beginning of April. I contacted Teresa and inquired why the payment was not taken out. It shows the payment was due on the 4th of the month. I asked where she got that date from as it was never requested and I have all emails to prove otherwise. She said that if I wanted to request a different date I would have to fill out a change date request form that was emailed to me on April 8th, 2021. I told her this is not my fault and I shouldn't have to change anything as I picked the 19th initially. I did fill out the change date form on April 8th through DocuSign. May rolls around and I waited until the 19th to see if the payment was taken out. Nope. I called customer service, told them my situation, and they proceeded to tell me my payment was due on the 4th. I explained that I filled paperwork out electronically on April 8th to fix this and it still isn't fixed a month and a half later? They waived the $10 fee to make the payment over the phone in April and now May. I told them there better be no late payments on my account and credit in good standing. June rolls around. It still says that my payment is due the 4th, which is late for the 3rd time in a row. I have talked with 3 representatives from customer service who continue to waive the call fee and late fees but have no clue on how to change the date as well as set up automatic payments. I have emailed the Branch Manager twice with no response as I am sure she has no idea what to say to me. I now took this into my own hands, set up bill pay and I now have to pay on the 4th of every month because no one will help or has a clue what they are doing. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CREDIT UNION I HAVE WORKED WITH. Not entirely sure why the Branch Manager still holds her position as Branch Manager. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

The worst customer service I've ever had some days it takes 10 minutes to get ahold of an operator to take another 15 minutes to get ahold of who you want to talk to you and then an additional 15 to 20 minutes for them to figure out your problem such a waste of time.

Had an account there 2013-2014. I lost my job at the time and moved, so I stopped using the checking account. Unfortunately, without knowing, something charged to the account making it go negative and they charged an overdraft fee. One would think after a little time, they would close it but they did not. They instead allowed my account to go negative $845. It's the only things hurting my credit, which I didn't expect to have something like this from a credit union that's promoted to be better than banks. The only difference between this credit union and a bank is, banks are open on Wednesday.
