Amazing staff, always helpful in anyway they can be and answer all questions clearly. Always easy to work with in person, on the phone as well as online. They go out of their way to assist you. I would recommend this credit union to EVERYONE it does not get any better than Great Erie --- They even personally call you on your birthday to wish you a happy birthday !!! I've been with them for over 10 years I would never ever change

I used Great Erie's services as they are a co-op of my credit union from when I lived out of state. They were fast, friendly and extremely helpful. I had tried a different credit union before going Great Erie and the difference in professionalism was night and day. I wish I would have gone to Great Erie's branch fist.

Horrible Customer Service!! They refuse to investigate unauthorized charges to my checking account, the one lady Kara hung up on me. They continue to tell me they don't have a form to fill out for unauthorized/fraudulent charges to my account. I requested a form be sent to me and they refuse to do that.

This institution is great for over the counter transactions, but poor communication is an organizational issue and it cannot offer online banking similar to other credit unions or banks. If you use online banking or prefer electronic transaction avoid this institution at all costs.
