Vanessa was absolutely AMAZING! This was my first time ever buying a home and she was so helpful, knowledgeable, kind and responsive the whole way through! She answered every question I had very quickly. Stephanie who worked with the lender was awesome as well. I was worried because I never bought a house before so I figured there would be a ton of bumps in the road but there wasn’t one hiccup or delay. Destin was so helpful with showing me all of the many features in my new Granville home also. I highly recommend Granville to all of my family and friends. If you are ever in the market for a new home please check them out and ask for Vanessa (sales agent) Stephanie (mortgage advisor) and Destin (customer care assistant manager). It was the smoothest, easiest process I’ve ever done. I made a gmail account just to leave my review because they are so amazing.

Bought my first GV home in the Copper River neighborhood and have been pleased. Their quality of construction is second to none. They don't cut corners and go the extra mile to ensure efficiency. The best part about Granville is their warranty department. Whenever I have had an issue or a question they are on it. I hands down buy another one and encourage my friends and family to do so as well.

Great local builders. They also provide local jobs and a lot of community outreach.

Beautiful homes that are not built to perfection . Walls are slanted and floors are not level . If you want zen granville is not for you . But again , these are beautiful homes .

granville homes. mean quality and costumer satisfaction. i am construction workers. i know the houses from the land to the last step when homeowners move in. and i been working for many different builders all around the valley. and my experience. the standard, grandville they are on other level high than anyone. from the first step. they make sure by self everything is perfect ,ready before. go next step. plumbers, concrete, electrical, frame. any step have to pass city inspection. ,on other company is all they need to go to next step. but not with granville. we have to pass city inspection which mean have to by everything made right and safety. and we have to pass granville inspection. and granville check every day and every step. before go to next. all this process don't happens with the other builders. this is to build. the house. one time the owner move in. they the costumer service are great for them. when we have any regular warranty service to do on granville. we have to fixed no more than 24 hours. on other builders. the owner call thems. and the builders call us after a week or weeks. granville mean quality and satisfaction. not compared whit other builders.

I'm on my second Granville home. The first was at the La Ventana neighborhood and my current is in Sunnyside Grove. I looked at other homes and no one comes close to the quality, attention to detail, and customer service that Granville offers. I actually dealt with Jan for both homes and her friendliness and professionalism is outstanding. I love my Granville home and the people who make Granville the #1 builder that it is.

I've live in my Granville home (La Mirada) for 3 years now and I am very satisfy with the quality and workmanship. Insulation is still super which translates to lower energy bill for me. Words of advice for new buyers! Upgrade as much as you are allowed to, you won't regret it!

We really like the Granville homes. They appear to be well built and with energy efficiency in mind. I have to give a thumbs down though as we feel the sales team thinks we are stupid!. I have called and asked if I can purchase my own separate solar system. Their answer: "sure you can... our solar company we deal with does have an option to buy". Hello! That is NOT what I asked. I don't need to have a solar company make money off of me EVERY month for 20-30 years on a lease and then be unable to sell the home because the next person doesn't want a monthly lease payment! I am a technician by trade and can maintain a solar system myself!! For the Pasateimpo model, it states 3-4 bedrooms. When I ask if I can have the home built with 3 bedrooms and an "extended garage", the sales lady tells me "well no" we have a 4 bedroom with an extended garage". You can just use the 4th bedroom as a library! I was under the impression that I could order a home from Granville and have it built to my specs.....not the sales people specs of those model homes already built!!! The sad part is that when I called and left msg for futher clarification, I get NO return calls! Its either buy what THEY want me to buy, or nothing! My wife and I are ready to pay cash for what WE want.....not what the sales people want to push on us. We are ready to settle down and retire and were really impressed with Granville home styles and attention to detail. The sales personnel are VERY frustrating to work with!

We have loved our experience so far - having built 2 previous homes - 1 custom 1 with another builder, this is by FAR the most best. Jan and Brynae so pleasant and helpful to work with.

I've owned two Granville homes, the first I purchased because of the advice from friends and family and the second because of the quality and customer care I received the first time around. I love my Granville home!
