Grand Savings Bank US, Siloam Springs

Honestly this was the last straw with this bank I’m done. I pulled in to the drive thru this morning just trying to get some money and ask a few questions, I totally understand that it’s a holiday weekend and that they would probably be busy but I mean there were literally three other cars there and it took 10 minutes to even acknowledge I was there and they had two women working the drive-thru. When the woman talked to me she wasn’t very nice and just bluntly asked me what I needed ( I will 9/10 go to gentry bank because my family always goes there and I see why now) which honestly is no big deal but when you’re used to the “how are you today! Got any big plans for the holiday” and get greeted with a “Hi. What do you need?” Is a little different but when I told her what I was there for and that I had a few questions she kept mixing my account and my brothers account together and she said since “you have an overdraft I can’t do any of this.” I tried explain nicely to her that that was my brothers account and they’ve been mixed up before but that’s fine. I started to tell her my account numbers (which honestly think is so unprofessional that she wouldn’t listen to what I had to say and that she could have literally looked at the names. We have the same entitles and last name and that is it.) and she interrupted me and said (we’ll right here it says it’s your account so I’m sorry but I can’t help you.” And then sent my cards back and told me to “Have a nice day.” And before I could get a sound out she cut the camera off and walked in to the lobby. I’ve been having trouble with my online banking and being told I have overdrafts when I know for a fact I couldn’t have. So thank you to the very rude lady working the drive thru this morning I’m official done with grand savings bank period.

Nothing but great things to say about Grand Savings Bank Siloam and their team! Appreciate not having to fight the lines and everyone there is so helpful and nice! Highly recommend!

Do not use this bank they say they will put a stop pay , then don't. Then they take money from your other account without even asking you after you have talked to them several times. Felt really degraded as a customer and they don't have any care in your interest. Beware of this bank with your money!

We are taking our bussiness somewhere else Shut down our card .could not get our pay check . A bank where you can't get what belongs to you...I don't think so . I recorded that entire conversation with bank president..what a joke . They pulled some junk on us with no knowlage. Not recommended!!!! Just our options

Incompetent people. Waiting 23 days for a refund check from this bank. Still waiting . . .

It's my bank. I've zero issues and they're always friendly and willing to help!

You cannot deposit money from atm and we still called it bank.

They got me the loan I needed when no one else would!
