I spoke with Megan on two separate occasions and she was more than helpful. I was stressed out when I found out I had to change my payment. Anna A. Is the best representative i have ever spoken to. I can be so mad and she can get me to calm down while remaining calm . she is very respectful and understanding and polite. If im in a bind she is very understanding and does her best to come up with a solution i can work with. I answered a call from Global Trust Management and mentally prepared myself to be maligned by some monotone, sarcastic debt collector. I was pleasantly surprised that instead I got the sunny disposition of Rebecca Call-Mahoney, my new phone friend. That woman is the epitome of a good day. She gave me all of the information about my case in a non-condescending manner and helped set me up on a payment plan all while keeping me laughing the entire time and assuring me that we would get this paid off as a team. She made me feel like she was one of my good friends that I owed money and not just a person she had to call. Now I set up a special account to put money in each month just so that I don't let my new friend down. I have never been more happy to give someone my money. If more collectors were like Rebecca a lot more people would be willing to work to pay off their debts.

This company is not following the law. Just fyi I received a letter in the mail and called them I only gave my name . The person I spoke with gave me I repeat GAVE ME….. my phone number address dob ssn bank account and place of employment without verifying my identity. He was able to do that because he had my credit file that was purchased via means of fraud. These companies buy data fish for additional information do soft credit inquiries and pursue collections. They thrive on people who are in debt or had debt problems in the past. Put credit freeze on your credit reports check your Chex system account for inquiries . You can catch these money hungry snakes. I have obtained a lawyer and is building a case at this time. STOP THESES TYPES OF CROOKS. If all goes well I will be adding them to the list of fraud collectors I have sued in the past

I spoke with Cassandra Downing about a debt that has actually been moved from their office, the amount of respect and professionalism blew me away.
