Global Cash Card Barranca Pkwy, Irvine

I reported to globalcashcard that an unknown transaction was made on my card that I did not AUTHORIZED they gave me a credit now they are try to reverse the credit after I told them I didnt authorize it I made attempts to reach them but they will not answer

I've been calling and calling all night long I kid you not.. and one time I called I was on hold for an hour and somebody picked up the laughing and hung the phone up!!! I'm on the phone trying to talk to somebody right now and I'm been listening to this stupid music for 29 minutes lol.. I'm mad I better get ahold of somebody soon.

I've tried and tried to get my money back for charges that were disputed for a month now . I get hung up on and get told it's nothing I can do about it and basically I'm screwed. Global cash card is rip off. I have a lawyer and local police working with me .

My card was stolen and at first the customer service seemed alright but after a week of waiting to see if u would get my money back I get a letter in the mail saying I would not only that but they managed to get my paperwork mixed up with someone else, they put you on hold for a solid 25 minutes then just transfer you to someone else and put you on hold for another 25 minutes it’s been three weeks now that I’ve been trying to get my money back but it seems hopeless at this point Terrible bank horrible customer service DONT USE THIS BANK

Horrible customer service, not a card if you need to pay bills... when money is returned, it "mysteriously disappears." DO NOT recommend. Save your time... and money.

This company doesn't know what customer service is and to get someone live be ready to waste an hour to get someone who bearly speak English and to be useless and talk about their card can't access atm and worse it gets stuck on machines and all this people say its we sen another one in so you can't access your own money!

I would not even give a one star but I had no choice. I have called the last 4 hrs today and haven't reached anybody!! I am missing over $300 and very very upset and can't even find out where it went because noone answers the phone!!! Very angry and upset!

When calling Customer service I was on hold for an 1 hour I am not even being dramatic it is th e honest truth, so I finally hung up poor Customer service. Could not log on to my account to see transaction 😡😡

i had a really bad experience with these guys , i would recommend that people do not deposit money into this so called global cash card because you just might not get your money. i found out the long and ugly way ....

Horrible customer service. I call eight times and they hang up on me without any help to my situation. They said they gonna call back but its just a missed call. Very disappointed. Took all my time of waiting but no help at all.
