The owner is completely rude!!! He refused to to even look at my movies because a customer wanted to look at the movies he was not interested in! I will never be back In that place again and he gets a zero stars from me!! I do not recommend his place! Best place to go is petal pawn and see Rick!! The owner of Glendale needs to learn how to treat his customers I am livid

He is a crook and will sell your stuff out from under you and does not care what your situation is he sold my merchandise and didn’t tell me or even try to get in touch with me my stuff was sentimental to me from deceased family I begged him to sell it back to me at whatever price he wanted to charge and he still refused I tried everything and told him I had 5,000 on me now and he still told me my stuff was gone and he wasn’t gonna do anything to try and help me get it back I borrowed a 1,000 on my property that was easily worth 3,000 and he knew that but he could have at least got a message to me and give me one chance to get my property but he didn’t and made a profit on me and showed zero remorse for selling my things or keeping it either way he is straight garbage and KARMA is a b.... and you reap what you sew it’s pretty sad when your cash money is not any good and I will pay any price to get my things back but he doesn’t care and is heartless so people be aware take your business else where !’n

I love this pawn shop and I'm very thankful to the owner he goes out of his way to always help me so I'm very thankful for his kindness and I would recommend him to everyone,,overall I'm happy I don't go to no other pawn shop ,,! The price's are awesome to not just the service
