    I have great credit and have two loans with them while most of my money is in another bank. And this is why! 1. On hold for 30 minutes with a bank! 2. I try to make my payments and you hold the check for funds from my other bank which causes my payments to be a few days late. 3. I’m literally trying to pay my son’s car off and you hold a check that is less than the balance I have in my money market account with you. Really?! No wonder you won’t get my money from my other bank. You don’t know how to look at your customers and make good decisions. I’ll just move my loans somewhere else that will actually let me make payments without having to drive to the bank. It’s 2022, time to get with the times!

    Arrived to this branch location & it was closed on today (Saturday) but it clearly states its open on this day. It's not a holiday & the travel on this way was an inconvenience. Not a great look

    I originally gave them 5 stars due to my one interaction. Do not do business with them if you actually need things done or handled in a business manner. I have consistently had difficulty getting any help with my loan. Simple questions about issues they caused. Just last week I had to go in person. I asked the teller if she could help me with a simple transaction. She said I had to sign in. 45 min later, the person who actually did help asked why I had to wait so long. I can't even call in to speak to someone. I'd go in but I really don't have more time to waste. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere. You'd think this was some Mom and Pop bank giving out favors instead of money.

    I have no idea why I am still with them. I tried to buy something and then flag it as fraud which is fine. I talk to them and they say ok it should work. Give the system 5 minutes so I give it 10 just to be sure. Nope, flags it again. What good is waiting on hold for 30 minutes if they are not going to fix my issue the first time. Also, this credit union is supposed to be cheaper on financing for a car. They wanted me to pay 7% on a car when I qualified at the dealership for 2.5 What a waste of time.

    I was so surprised that their ATM machine doesn’t work, I tried to do deposit on Friday night but it didn’t take my deposit. Next day Saturday morning, I tried again to do deposit but it didn’t take it. It is so frustrating for me. I already processed my mortgage on 3rd. They need to aware that…

    I should have known by the way the representative answered the phone that the call would not end well. Only had an account with them for 6 months and today my husband and I closed the account. Their fees are high. Customer service was always awful. Their benefits are very minimal. If you’re even thinking of going to a branch, expect 1-2 tellers and lines wrapped around the building. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GA OWN AT ALL. BTW, We went to Delta community credit union and they gave us a car loan with low interest rates and we just opened an account with them last week.

    This used to be a great place to do business. Now that they have my business and my money, getting in touch with someone is impossible. Calling the 800 number is a lesson in insanity. Going to a branch is a waste of time since they only have tellers available and they cannot help with anything above a normal transaction. If you are looking to do any meaningful business with a bank or credit union go somewhere else. I have been a customer for almost 20 years and I am taking my business elsewhere.

    I have never had a bad experience with this branch of GO. I've been with the bank for years but this review isn't for GO, it's for the folks at this branch. I've had some pretty awful experiences at other branches but the folks here have always gone above and beyond to help us out. There was a time a check of ours was stolen out of then mail so we went to the bank to close accounts, set up new ones, etc. They ended up having to stay 30min after closing to finish up and when we offered to come back the next day, they said not to worry about them bc it was important to handle this asap. That took a huge weight off of us. Lines can be long sometimes if you need to actually go inside, but that's literally every bank. Both the staff and tellers have always been super polite to us and efficient as they can be when human interaction is a factor.

    They are so friendly and helpful! Just went in because we found some fraudulent charges on the account. They saw us before we even had time to finish brewing a cup of the tea they provide. They found more charges that we had missed, and said we should be getting a refund within a week. They were able to cancel the old card and print a new one in the spot. It was all very quick and and efficient!

    long time customer but closed all accounts due to they no longer provide what credit unions normally provide. Opened a joint saving account for my daughter and at the beginning of this year they started draining her savings account with fees due to it not being active enough. It was only a savings account and all of last year they did not do this. Also, last year they discontinued their credit card rewards program and just eliminated all the points I had saved up. The teller gladly closed my account without trying to keep my business which was nice to be able to get out of there with a single check I will be depositing at Associated Credit Union.
