Gentle Dental Care Stuebner Airline Rd, Spring

Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist was awesome. I have been visiting this clinic for about four years & they have always been friendly and respectful.

Dr Le has a wonderful chair side manner. She made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Le is also very friendly and caring. Arlene who is the primary hygienist is very patient and kind. I left feeling like I had a very good cleaning. I really would like to give all of the staff there 10 stars if I could. Front office staff is very professional. Megan was very friendly and made me feel welcomed when I checked in to my appointment.

I first visited this office in June of 2020. Unfortunately the following September I chose the wrong dental insurance (I think HMO well the one where you HaVE to go a certain place that they don’t accept). Anyway around this time last year my tooth broke and after two horrible experiences elsewhere I chose a different plan this past September which allowed me to get back in their office. I saw them today and not only did they fix it they made me (a horrible patient in the dental chair) feel listened to and respected. They didn’t get mad at me when I wanted to try a conservative approach and fixed me right up!! Every nervous dental patient should go see them :-) thank y’all!!!

I'm new to Tx, looking for dentist and was able to get appointment within one week. Parking easy, office clean and neat. I was welcomed warmly and was brought into dental on time. I thought I was having yearly x-rays and cleaning. I also was able to be fitted for a night fraud, which I needed for a few years. My exit was wonderful. Thank you

While I was explaining the details of my son's pain the staff Stacey immediately put me on hold mid-sentence. Extremely rude! My son has pain from a filling that came loose and I'm still on hold. I was on hold for approximately 15 minutes before I decided to call again (Stacey still keeping me on hold)... **Update! The amazing staff Christina was sooo helpful. I literally had to call the same number again to get a hold of Christina. She was so kind and helpful. She was able to get my son seen immediately! If it wasn't for Christina I would have given this place a 1 star... Walked in and was ignored.... till again Ms. Christina walked in. Her energy is so vibrant and humble.... if you're going to come to this place... ask for Christina. Five thousand stars to Ms. Christina..... One star to Stacey...

Absolutely amazing staff. Super super friendly. Still 50/50 on new dentist that took over Dr Robinson but I have high hopes. Highly recommend

I really love Gentle Dental. Even my wife likes them. Our high anxiety child went there today terrified and trembling for her fillings procedure and left smiling with the Dentist and Hygienist. Parents are allowed in the rooms with their children. No judgment, just great friendly care.

Gentle Dental is a great place for dental cowards like me. Dr. Robinson always explains procedures in advance so you know what expect, and there is never any pressure. The staff is friendly and professional. I have been going there for years for everything from routine cleaning to tooth extraction and a crown after I managed to crack a tooth in a fall.

This Dentist office is awesome my whole family goes there and they were excellent at managing all of us at one time (family of 4), from check-in to the dentist chair they are great and friendly!!
