Vanessa has been my lender for well over a year now. I started the home buying process with her while living in Bend & continued the loan process with her when I moved back to Kansas City. On the first call she gave me all of the information I needed to know exactly what type of house I should be looking for and what I needed to be set up for future success once we found the right house. She is extremely responsive, which if you are anything like me (impatient :p) is very important. I never felt like I was bothering Vanessa with my questions and in fact, it seemed like she liked learning just as much as I did and went above and beyond looking into different loan types to help me buy a house built in the 1870s! This house did not pan out and we are still working together to find the right fit for my partner and I. She is a gem! She is also licensed in a LOT of states, anywhere where there is climbing, you have a lender in Vanessa!

We had Vanessa as our mortgage broker for refinancing. She was helpful, informative, and extremely responsive. Any questions or concerns we had, Vanessa addressed right away. She also helped brainstorm with us on all options available, some of which we didn’t even know existed. I trust this agent to handle our mortgage needs or questions and to help provide us with the best opportunity. My husband and I won’t be using anyone else moving forward!
