Not a good experience, and they run your credit twice in the words "to help you get you where you need to go and see what needs to be fixed" and don't follow up when they say, horrible communication skills. Dont reccomend.

It was such a great experience working with Todd Brefeld. He knows his stuff and helped us through all the nuances. We contacted him sometimes at weird hours, and he was always quick to respond and jump to assist. We love our new home! Thank you, Todd!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. 1.) you call, they won’t call back. They text you and they always have another list of things they request. 2.) we constantly are giving them what they ask for just, then we think that it’s allllll over and then they request more information. This has been an endless horror. I’m trying to help my nana and papa move and gateway can’t seem to get it together. We just want to move. We’ve been to other places and within one visit we are set up. It’s been over a month of running around. VERY DISPLEASED

Very honest and attentive. The staff I have dealt with to date has been extremely on point and they truly care about their clientele. I highly recommend this company.
