Garrett and his team did an incredible job making me feel comfortable as a first time homebuyer helping me every step of the way. I couldn't be happier in my new home thanks to them!

First, this place specifically, Garrett, told me via text that it has great products for me and has approved me for a loan. Literally two minutes later, they said Nevermind “we are not a good fit for you”. It must be because I asked what interest rate they have the approval at! I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior and rude staff. Keep in mind, I filled out their application and came To them after they called me repeatedly. This is just insane. I do not recommend them at all.

This team is fantastic. They are fast with communication and are very clear with expectations. I have done two big transactions with them in the last few years and have had a great experience every time. These guys are the real deal ! Could not speak more highly of everyone on the team.

My realtor told me about this mortgage guy Garrett, and I called him to try to figure out what price range of home that we would be able to qualify for and he sends us alone application to fill out, asking about all our assets and so on and so forth. I told my realtor about this, and he said that we only need to pre-qualify, not be pre-approved, meaning just basically to give us a ballpark range of home pricing that we qualify for considering our income, credit score and just basic stuff, instead of going through all the way with a home loan application. So I called this Garrett guy back, and told him this, and he says that he only deals with serious home buyers and that we don't sound like we're serious. So I sent him a text back saying we would be looking for a mortgage loan somewhere else since we weren't serious enough for him, or we were just too stupid of people for him to deal with from the way he was talking down to me today on the phone. This kind of mortgage broker or mortgage company is a company you do not want to deal with when they talk down to you like you're nothing and disrespect you and the realtor who referred you to them by talking to you like you're stupid or an idiot or you're not serious about buying a home when they know very little about you at all. My wife was already halfway through the application and had questions about things and this is his reaction to that. It just lost that company and his self a client. And after I sent the text to telling him we were going somewhere else and so on and so forth to look for a mortgage loan, he writes back another text saying "Thank you!". I don't think anybody should be dealing with people who disrespect you and talk down to you like this. This is a clear indication that they are interested in only one thing, your precious money, not being professional and helping you with something as serious as a mortgage loan. They are just too important to waste their time helping you with buying your next home. I suggest not dealing with this company or this person and moving on to the next company or person somewhere else.
