By far the best experience purchasing a vehicle. Our service tech, Sherri Kersey, completed a simple oil change on our Dodge Ram truck. Not extremely happy with Garber's Chrysler Dodge Service Dept. This was the second time I've taken my 2016 Ram to be serviced for an issue. It has always taken them longer than quoted and I've recieved the same line both times. "We had a technician quit...etc". Also, I never leave there with everything addressed. They act shady and don't provide solid answers. Recommendation to management: Have all your service employees keep a copy of the warranty paperwork to review with your clients. The service department does not provide uniform responses. Also, the first time I brought in the truck I wanted a 2" leveling kit installed. Your crew said Garber couldn't do it. I asked about having it done elsewhere and how would that effect the warranty. They said "we're not sure". They should pick up the phone or email someone to get an answer. Their job is to be more knowledgeable than the customer and provide excellent customer service. The other dealerships install the leveling kit! I was planning on purchasing a new truck after hearing that the AC blower cost $579 to replace at 42k miles, but I took my business to Fields.

This was my first time buying a new car and I was quite nervous, but all the guys at Garber made it a wonderful experience. The staff is very welcoming, accommodating and not pushy at all! I walked out of the dealership feeling great about the purchase of my new Jeep!
