I could not stress enough DO.NOT use this company!!! They are the absolute worst ever!!!! So many hidden fees they won't tell you about and if you do get a loan with them they don't communicate to you properly if they even respond at all. I have gotten nothing but a headache from them. If you want a smooth and easy contract don't go with Fusion ever!!! I will also be reporting them to the BBB

Never lease from this company. Its real rating is 1 star. All the 4 or 5 star ratings are employees Ive spoken with. Not to say its the employees personally but I was being charged for a prior accident that I wasnt at fault for and had the vehicle repaired.

Awful company they go after customers for money and made up fees. They tell the customers they took a lose on the vehicle meanwhile they make a profit then get more when you pay for charges that don’t exist. They cashed my check as a final payment and still came after me for over mileage and hid the payments that were already made from the dealership. Stay far away from this company!!

Awful service, making us pay for scratches that did not exist on the car before it was picked up by Fusion. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
