    I have been banking with this place long before it became Frontwave. When the name changed so did the whole feeling of the credit union itself. And it changed for the better. The employees are sweet and friendly mostly at this particular location. Loved that if you aren't wearing a mask they come outside and still help you WITHOUT ATTITUDE. At least that was my experience. Now for the negative reviews. Credit Unions are different than banks generally because they're more home town ish, they treat their customers better than a bank does, better rates than a bank......but Frontwave really gouges people on their interest rates and payments and instead of giving you a reduction for paying on time like most places do, they do not. Been paying the SAME HIGH RATE for years!! Even with a perfect payment history, no reducing it. My other credit union is exponentially better with their rates based off my credit score than Frontwave. It would be great if they were more competitive with rates and rewards available. And P.S. Reduce my rate!

    GETSOME!!! Was 5star now 4star..... remodeling did not make up for poor policy decisions! And mis-information.... between customer service and store front.... now a 3 and still the potential to go up or down! Put $ into training representatives and less $ in remodeling.. Temecula branch is Under New Management and taking responsibility for misinformation and for customer service... implementing and overhaul outdated policies and procedures.

    The referral policy earned me 100$ and a friend 50$ and my account was free to open and does not have any monthly fees. Switched over because of this deal and the fact that I was being charged monthly for an account at my other bank. GREAT DEAL! Love this bank do far. I do business at the one on Clinton Keith, but this one just reopened! Excited to see it.

    Terrible customer service. I stood in line for 50 minutes with only two people in front of me. The bank tellers just kept talking to each other about their personal lives and every time someone new finally got called up for them to help, they rolled their eyes and acted like customers were an inconvenience to them. The girl who helped me was extremely rude. I was so disappointed

    I walked inside to make a quick easy deposit. Easy rite? Nope. I walked up teller greets me and half way into the transaction after I gave her my info and the couple thousand to deposit she tells me to take off my hat. Wow teller way to put me on the spot! It's not like her job would of been at risk by not telling to remove my hat. If my hat was such a big deal to you then you should of politely request that I take it off upon arrival but nope she had to prove something to her ego at the present moment of that time. I feel my transaction would of went more smoothly if the teller would of just stuck to business and kept her personal emotions at home. Feminist these days completely out of order out of control. Maybe I should of asked her to remove her wig first lol.

    Visited this branch at a busy time. My experience was perfect. Plus, the newly updated location helps the whole atmosphere, even if you have to wait 15 minutes.

    They have been doing some online maintenance for 3 DAYS now!! I cannot access my account or transfer funds, I called to ask about my balance and customer service said they couldn't help me because of the update they are doing 3 DAYS of not being able to transfer money, I went to get milk for my child my card got declined because I need to transfer funds for safety reasons we only keep a small balance in our checkings, and now my daughters birthdays tomorrow I cant buy groceries or a cake for her THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR NOT CONSIDERING YOUR CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN AGAIN WE'RE TAKING OUR MONEY ELSE WHERE. How inconsiderate! So now I have to borrow money from a friend how humiliating until this maintenance update is done! Update: Still cannot access account.

    This CU is a partner with my CU, which is too far away from my home, so I go here frequently. Their customer service is pleasant and helpful. I would rather go to this branch than any of the other partner CUs.

    I WAS STANDING WAITING BEHIND A WOMAN IN COLOR . IT'S AROUND 3:P.M. I RARELY LIKE TO GO IN THE BANK. ONCE THEIR DRIVE AT WAS BROKEN DOWN .SO I HAD TO WALK IN. THE TELLER ASK THIS LADY IN FRONT OF AND THEIR WAS ANOTHER LADY IN FRONT OF HER. FROM ALL OF US IN LINE ABOUT NOW 5 THE TELLER WAS A OUT LOUD VOICE TO THIS LADY WELL DRESS. ASK (ARE YOU HERE) TO MAKE A DEPOSIT OR WITHDRAW? I QUESTIONED IT MYSELF WHAT? I NEVER EVER REMEMBER A TELLER BEING SO LOUD ASKING. FIRST OF ALL I COULD OF BEEN A CRIMMAL TO FOLLOW OUT A CUSTOMER TO ROBBER. THIS LADY WAS VERY SAVEY. SHE ASK DOES IT MATTER? PLUS THAT MY PRIVACY. WHY DIDN'T YOU THE LADY IN FRONT OF ME , OR WHY DIDN'T YOU ASK THE GUY BEHIND ME . YOU DID NOT ASK NOBODY EXCEPT ME . THEN SHE SAID NOW ASK THEM WHAT YOU ASK. THEN THE MANAGER OVER HEARD EVERYTHING AND CAME OUT OF HER OFFICE. HELP THE LADY. I OVER HEARD TELL HER WE WILL BE CAREFUL ON BANK POLICIES ABOUT THE ISSUE. WELL I JUST HAD TO SAY SOMETHING IT WAS WRONG TO ASK A QUESTION OUT LOUD LIKE THIS. NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE THE TELLER COULD OF HAD MORE TACT AND ASK IN PRIVATE. A FEW WEEKS AGO I SAW IN THE NEWS THAT THIEF'S WHERE FOLLOW PEOPLE FROM THE BANK AFTER THEY DID A WITHDRAW AND ROB THEM AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION. SHAME SHAME FRONT WAVE CREDIT UNION.
