Friendly Check Cashing Incorporated S Main St, Forked River

Usually have no complaints but today I went to cash my stimulus check and they were closed, online and the hours sign on the door said they were open till 7pm but they were closed several others showed up while I was sitting there waiting to see if they opened and were mad because they were supposed to be open 😠

This is the second week in a row they have closed over 15 minutes earlier even after driving a half hour to get there before they close they were closed it would not let me in unacceptable and I’m calling corporate

TERRIBLE AND RUDE! 12:30-1pm in FORKED RIVER ! The guy said his name was Paul, my son and I waited inside for 6 minutes saying hello when nobody came out to help us. I had to go outside get my cellphone and call the number to get him to come out of the back room! Then he still didn’t acknowledge me finally walked up to the window I asked him if he was ok? and he responded clearly saying “what do you want...? Let’s go! I said excuse me and told him clearly I need my check cashed or I wouldn’t of came? I should have to call the number while waiting inside to be helped and the attitude definitely was unprofessional and not needed. I’ve heard from so many others that he is rude and they do not give that place business because of his attitude. All this took place in front of my 8 year old child and I had to tell my son to not be afraid of this man. Get a new worker your losing a lot of business! The job isn’t that hard this is coming from a Customer Service Rep myself. Oh and also Paul continued to tell me I’m worried ?! Why idk because I most definitely was not worried about anything and shouldn’t have a reason to be worried in a check cashing place. Terrible service and attitude check is needed!

Michael is very thoughtful and helps in using the services there.very patient and kind.

It says its open 24hrs so I drove 20mins to get here and they are closed fix the hrs online

Hours say 9am - 7pm , waiting 1/2 hour still not open!!! Watched 4 people leave already! Disappointing to say the least.

Says open 24/7 called before hand. Full inbox. Proceeds to drive to the store only to see they lied about their openings

Not to shabby, but seriously it's just another check cashing place and if I could just cash my checks at my bank this place would be useless but since I can't it's just easier to go to this place
