All the bad reviews are obviously from irresponsible and uneducated people who don't make their payments on time and can't spell. Freeway Funding is very lenient and isn't out to repo your car. Just ask to enroll in autopay through your checking account and you're set. No need to call, they won't call you, and your payments will be made on time.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I called to make a payment on my sons account that I am a co-signer on directly from my bank account and was told I could not, then stated that I Would mail a check and overnight it and was told that my check would not be accepted and when asked why not, I was informed that they were just following policy. So then I was transferred to the absolute rudest woman ever named Wohana. Who is by all means on her High horse in the way that she speaks to people and knows nothing of customer service nor does she care to try and get resolution to a situation. I was directly told that it had to be western union "TODAY" or she would be forced to make a decision on the account. The account isn't even two months past due, per the standard decision making time per attorney info given. I train many staff members and office teams on providing quality customer care and specialize in account resolution procedures. Wohana knows nothing about customer service, nor does she care about you as a consumer. She responds as though you have nothing but ill intentions. She shows no compassion nor understanding and offers no options. I simply wanted to pay the account for him. Who would have thought that this was going to be such a difficult task .When asked to speak to a supervisor or someone above her, she said she was it. there was no one above her who could make any decisions on this account but her. I wonder if the owner knows how his company is being run. Unfortunately I am having to get my attorney to finish this transaction for me. Such an unfortunate event and waste when things can be handle so simply.

I have to agree this company is horrible, i gave my car back because my motor went out and they want me to pay out another 2000 dollars to get it fix and the deal was they fix it and put it at the back of my loan. They came pick the car up, i made my car payment they took it to the shop found out it was more change thier mind. After i paid my note and sent my car with my things in it. So when i say keep it and ill just come get my things she Cindy says okay i will have my transporter bring it and till this day i have yet to get my things from them they continue to give me the run around. So im seeking an attorney.

They are rude, non professional and disrespectful. They call making threats and doesn't have any compassion nor understanding that there are things that happen that leave you in a hardship. They ignore the ten day Grace period that everyone has by California law and call multiple times a day after on one day past the dye date. I wish I had never financed through this company, it's been a pain in my ass since.

after spending 75$ more a month for their fees I now cant pay off a lone because my account had been deleted and have received zero help in recovery it.

NO STARS WORST COMPANY EVER..White collar crooks! They will take your car all your money if you mail in your payment VERY unprofessional rude seems like the are in the cahoots with car lots to railroad you destroy your credit while laughing and stealing your car

NEVER EVER EVER GO THROUGH FREEWAY FUNDING!!! they have incredibly rude customer service, their payment methods are insanely inconvenient. You cannot pay via debit or credit card. If your money order is late, even by a few days they will instantly issue a repo order. And blame YOU, the customer for their ridiculously slow payment method. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM! THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR CREDIT, AND STEAL YOUR CAR. WILL NOT RETURN THE VEHICLE EVEN IF YOUR PAYMENT HAS GONE THROUGH!! IN PROCESS OF SUING THE COMPANY.

The employees at this company never know anything. They will transfer you back and fourth between departments when you need help. Ive been with them 3 years its the same thing everytime no matter what. Lazy young ppl on the phones who sound like they are eating at their work stations and dozing off in between calls

If I could leave no stars i would my mom passed away in N.Y. I had to fly home from California which was over 1000 dollars she had no life insurance her funeral was over 20 grand on top of other costs hotel fees ect.. I explained my situation that I suffered a great loss was told it's not there problem she passed it's my responsibility to pay my car payment. I asked for a deferment which is not offered threatened several times my car would be repo they were unhelpful uncaring and show no compassion. If I could refinance with anyone I would I have bummed borrowed from everywhere to make the payment die to the fact I really need my car if I didn't they could have it

Please if you get a vehicle from a dealer make sure he looks around for a bank to finance you ! I ignored the reviews and regret it ! Company is peril at communicating with clients When vehicle gets repossessed they don’t care what you’re going through The CSR through collection has no respect at all no one will answer for hours by then it’s too late Is the car even worth it ??
