This is one of the worst businesses I have ever worked with in life! I don’t see how they are still in business. They will gladly take money from you, but don’t care if they pay you what they owe! They smile in your face, and then con you! Beware!!!

I was extremely dissatisfied with this company's handling of my closing. It started a year ago when I sold my house and bought a new one to downsize. My deceased husband's grown children were challenging the sale wanting money. My husband had a will leaving them nothing (they were not a part of his life). However it was missing one witness so "not valid". The title company contacted them and this was relayed. I did have a valid Deed of Trust leaving everything to me. They refused to use this so I could close. My buyers agreed to rent from me so these grown children wouldn't get anything. For the next 7 months I was homeless. Lost the earnest money from my new house and buyers moved into old house. I moved from friend to friend and family every week for 7 months. I had to hire an attorney which cost thousands of dollars. Everything I owned was in storage. As winter came I had to buy warm clothes. It was horrible! When we were finally able to go to court, the judge ruled in my favor using the same Deed of Trust Freedom Title had all along. It was valid and recorded with the courts since 2004. The judge said this should have been used in the very beginning and was appalled the title company refused leaving me in this predicament. I notified Freedom Title of the court ruling and asked that under this shameful circumstance would they do the right thing (as they were in the wrong) and waive my closing fee. They refused! They knew everything that was going on the whole time. They knew how the judge ruled and didn't care. How heartless of them! Yes I closed with them earlier this year as they had all the paperwork already done. Believe me, if not for that I would not have. Be careful of this company. They obviously don't know what they're doing and then won't even apologize when called out by the courts!

What a wonderful group. They guided me through the process of my closings for both selling and buying. The follow up was an unexpected surprise. They knew what they were doing and made sure I had everything complete so that my closing would go smoothly. From Teri who greeted me at the front to Monica and Jennifer's thoroughness my experience was awesome. Thanks Ladies!

I cancelled a closing with this company and now they have been harassing me with emails for the last two months. When I call to tell them to stop emailing me, the escrow agent Carly states that she has no control of the secure email blasts that are sent out by her IT team. The email bombardment is endless. This company has no ethics and I would avoid them at all costs!

Never been treated so badly in all my life. Even had a manger call me after the fact, not to apologize, but to tell me how wrong I am. Wow. Just Wow.
