I closed on my home mortgage with Freedom Mortgage a few days ago and found everything very professional. Arrangements were previously set and the closing could not have gone better.

from the beginning I was advised that the refinance process would take couple weeks. However, it started on April 25th and we didn't closed until June 19th! I've sent several emails for status, and hardly ever get any reply!

For the most part the experience was good. I was told at the beginning I would get a better interest rate and about $10,000 back in cash, but that didn't happen, so after going through the whole process, that part was frustrating. But in the end, I still saved some money switching to Conventional.

Brian at freedom Financial is awesome and I had talk to three brokers before him and they all gave me the run around I felt because I did not want to make a big purchase I was not worth there time not brian he knows his stuff and is fast ! His good reputation is act what got me my condo because the listing agent knew how good he is ! I will never use any one else !!!

I had a phone appointment schedule for a certain day & time received a text/email reminder but the person never called me. The paperwork wasn’t pushed through to the notary in time & we had to reschedule our closing date & time.
