This Katie need to be placed in a back room not dealing with customers she is rude obnoxious and very unprofessional person in this whole organization. Freedom finance is a bunch of liars and rip offs, I had a change of mind because they were fast talkers Do not receive any service, I paid for a SURVEY never received it. ASHLEY the main liar told me my money was deposited back on my master card last Wednesday, today they are looking over my file (Why) I WILL NOT STOP TIL THEY RETURN MY MONEY

The office manager Katy is extremely rude has no Customer Services skills. Refuses to let you talk to her boss. As far as everyone else in the office they are polite and understanding. I can't wait until my car is paid off I will never use them again. Pretty sad when it's one person that ruins it for them. I have been an office manager for years and I would not talk to a customer the way she talks to me. She obviously needs to rethink her job situation because she does not do her's very well at all.

Lol, the only people that leave bad reviews are the ones that don’t pay their bills…I paid on time, every time and didn’t even ever have to talk to them…so they were great to me…loaned me money when I needed it. Thanks!

I wish I could rate this company negative. They are absolutely awful. They thrive on harassing paying customers. I could go on and on with everything I have experienced in 5 months of dealing with them. Im to the point of hiring an attorney. Terrible. Katie and maribel should not hold the position they both have.

Katie doesn't know how to talk to customers, she's rude, condescending and shouldn't have her job and I will be seeking every legal means possible to hold her accountable. She refused to take my payment because I wouldn't answer her question even though I provided her with enough information for her to notate the account and take my payment and move on with her life. She apparently think she's almighty God and that you are to answer her or you don't get to make your car payment. Took me nearly 12 minutes of screaming at this lady and cussing her out and begging her to take my payment for her to finally do it. When I asked for a manager I was told she is the manager when I asked for corporates number I was told she was corporate, when I asked to speak to someone else just so i could make the payment she refused it was either answer her questions and deal with her or no other way and last I checked I live in America, I don't have to be forced to answer a question if I don't want to, that falls under harassment since it took me nearly 12 minutes of begging her to take the payment and move on from the petty garbage she was trying to play. She didn't like me and what I had to say therefore she made this hard so since she's corporate and manager she can deal with the lawsuit and the BBB coming her way. You have no legal rights to force me to answer questions to make a payment. I'm pretty sure that's not legal and infringes on my civil rights. She told me ill probably think long and hard about all the nasty things I said to her insinuating I would feel bad. She's wrong, i only feel bad if she's has a husband because she's pretty awful to deal with and if she's single i can see why.... in fact the more I think about what she did, the more I am determined to make this lady understand what she did was wrong abd i still make her wished she never knew my name. She should of just transferred me like I asked because I just became her worst nightmare. And judging by the other reviews I'm not the only one.

These are some of the rudest people I've ever had to deal with! Best Automotive needs to utilize a different company for financing services. They don't realize the amount of future business that they are losing. Whoever the guy is that works there only asked for my routing number when I called to make a payment (weird) and this morning I see that he used account info that I provided the last time I called to make a payment, which was NOT the info that I provided to him. The last few payments were made using the automated system with my debit card information, meaning he had to look for previous account info on file. I have 2 emails with different timestamps for this same payment. I'm surprised that these miserable people are still in business. Too bad we can't choose the finance company. Instead of fixing what HE messed up, he was rude and told me that he's not going to reverse it and to dispute it with my bank (which I've already done). I can't wait to never have to deal with these people ever again!

They are the worse people to deal with. I have reach out to them numerous of time in regards to the situation everyone is in right now. And ask if either they can help with moving a payment or anything. And management was completely rude. And not understanding. I've never been late. All is asked to help because of not working. They don't care. No one should do business with these people.

I will not recommend this company to nobody. Worst experience ever in Florida.The attitude is so arrogant and lack in manners. Only reason that have a start is because it will not post without it. A one star rating is too high for this company. If I could rate them a minus zero, I would. As soon as they answer the phone you get an unprofessional attitude and tone. I can't wait to end my relationship with them so I never have to have any dealings with them and I DO NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone.
