I had a horrible over the phone experience with them, to the point where I was ready to cancel my membership. I decided to go into the branch on Jacksonville road to get my issue resolved. I am so happy I did Cheri was the sweetest most accommodating person. She listened to my issue she resolved it, and she gave me faith to trust the company again. I don't know how much she is making but she deserves a raise. She went above and beyond, me and my wife greatly appreciate it.

Started out great. Super helpful, easily got a personal loan. Been banking with them for close to 10 years. Now it seems like the wheels are falling off the wagon. Deposit a pay check goes on hold for 2 days. Bank loan is due during the hold period. They empty my savings and checking and tell me the reason for the hold is because my loan isn't current. Seems to me that my loan would be current if you wouldn't hold my entire pay check hostage for 2 days. Now I'm sure I'll get banged for every overdraft. I'm looking across the street to the new Credit Union that opened. 🤔

I have had an auto loan through Freedom for the past 6 years. I used to deal with a great person named Ian. But I have had to deal with two separate people the past two weeks to fix an issue with online banking. Both of these women were EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISCOURTEOUS. DUE TO THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING FREEDOM FOR ANY OF YOUR FINANCIAL NEEDS. At least until they figure out how to hire people who know how to deal with customers. I am the easiest person to deal with and very friendly but these two women were treating me as if I called and was yelling at them, as if I was a burden to them and taking time away from their relaxation. I am not sure what happened to Freedom but these women that I had the displeasure of speaking with are 100% the reason I will no longer use FCU. LEARN HOW TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE WITH KINDNESS, LEARN HOW TO HAVE PATIENCE, AND LEARN WHEN AND WHEN NOT TO SPEAK. Also, learn how to end a phone conversation with a client.

Teller 0115 was not very nice to my wife. In fact, this teller was plain rude and, at times, disrespectful toward my wife during her visit at Freedom Credit Union. Is it too much to expect kindness and respect from the institutions safeguarding our monies?

I hate this bank! Between the frequent outages on the app to the inconsistent and inconsiderate hours. Its ridiculous!!

After 8 years of being a member with not so good service Barbara has made my decision so easy to switch banks after trying to charge me $10 to replace a card after the pin number stopped working out of no where. She had no manners and was rude on top of that!

I have to give a big shout out to the Abington Branch who finally convinced me to save myself time and money and use mobile and online banking. This was a big change from the way I do my banking but driving over the road I finally gave mobile banking a try. I'm amazed how simple it was to deposit my check, made a loan payment, transferred funds and paid two bills. My only regret is I don't think I will have a need to come to the branch anymore to see your smiling faces, but thank you again for looking out for us members and saving me time and money. More time I have to be with my kids. Thanks.

Not much to like about my overall experience with Freedom. Between the horrible technology, inconvenient hours, branches closing during COVID entirely, and the hour plus long lines to the drive thru in Abington since the inside is closed makes it almost impossible to do anything that can't be accomplished at the ATM.
