This bank was great until I moved to a new town. If you like waiting in line at the drive thru, then the Agawam branch is for you. Their Lobby is NEVER open, you have to do everything thru the ATM or drive up. Thinking about closing my accounts & going elsewhere. Cooley st branch is great though.

For security reasons, we have had to implement rolling branch closures or limit services to drive up only in some locations.
