Fred is a delight to work with for a first-time home buyer like me. It started with an introductory video call and the rest was easy-peasy, just dialed into Fred's next step of instructions. He analyzed my financial health and helped me with a pre-approval limit that I could actually afford and get a no-compromise house. He helped me get my house with 3% down in Bay Area as I did not have a lot of savings. Online websites mostly pre-approved for less than half. It takes a human to fulfill another human's dream. Throughout the process Fred and team have been prudent, acted with Integrity, were truthful of their experience and always kept me in the loop and as a TEAM both myself and Fred navigated the murky waters of home ownership/mortgage solutions for me.
