I'm speaking of customer service over the phone. I know the calls are answered by people who work here. I have never been treated so rudely, ever. The first person I spoke to was very kind but when I asked her why they were taking money out of my account to deposit to another account, she couldn't tell me and gave me her supervisor. She was rude as ever. I said that I needed my money. I needed gas and my money wasn't there. She stated that it couldn't be put back. She also stated that I needed to pay down my negative balance, which I was, but as I got the money. They decided that they would do it because i was taking too long. I get deposits every day and If I don't have gas, I can't make money. I told her that I was doing the best I could and that I needed my money for food for my children as well and she just snubbed me. I told her that I would put a bad review on Google and she shut my debit card down and I can no longer make deposits into my main checking account. So I was forced to bank elsewhere. That's not the only problem I ever had with them, but it's the biggest. I just started a new job and can't use them foe my direct deposits and all of my bills are linked to that account. I just have to start over after bring a member for 20+ years. Oh well! I guess that's just how the cookie crumbles.....

I absolutely LOVE banking here. The staff is always quick, attentive and passionate. They help you with whatever needs you have. They practice Covid safety as well. Andreas is the man I go to as he always has every answer I need. Would recommend banking here 100%.

First time credit union user. Always worked with the banks for 30 years. Many of the banks today should model the level of customer service like this credit union. They go above and beyond the call of duty of just plain good customer service. They make you feel like you are the only customer and like family. Oh yeah and forgot to mention, commercial mortgage rates was 1.5% lower than TD Bank @ only 4.5% and a business line of credit also under 5% when TD turned me down. 5 Star all the way, cudos to Clara & Irina for running such a great professional personalized customer service experience. You guys are the BEST !!!!

This is the worst bank I have ever worked with. I've attempted to close my accounts multiple times in person, over the phone, in writing and email. I was told they were closed and after 3 years they are STILL open. I found out they were still open through a hit on my credit report because someone is using one of my accounts. The customer service is useless and always rude. I'm one step away from hiring a lawyer ensure all ties have been cut from this financial institution forever.

I use Franklin Mint for all of my business and personal banking needs. You're not still using a "bank"...right?

Needed a bathroom. They were exceptional getting us funds to complete this. Wonderful people
