I was here today at 3:58 pm, there was a older guy in a red hat being “helped” by this black lady, wow was she rude, mouthing things like “woooow” and being condescending to this older guy, didn’t even greet him when he can up, what a loser, just ethic and morally poor sad to see fox hiring people like this, check your cameras. It’s all there

    Response from the owner

Feedback is very important to us at Fox, and we appreciate you reaching out and to do so. We’ve brought this incident to our branch manager who will review the situation you recounted and determine the best way to move forward. Thank you again.

One star is generous. I have never had so many negative experiences with one company, it’s ridiculous. I’ve been with FCCU for 9ish years, and I go out of my way to avoid having to contact them for anything as much as possible. -Every single Green Bay branch person is rude over the phone. (unsure on other locations) -Want to talk to a loan officer? Forget it, they’ll submit your loan application right now even though you’ve asked 4 times to speak with someone about the loans they offer, then when you don’t understand what you were approved for and why, THEY STILL WON’T OFFER ANY HELP. -You do not want charges to go through if there isn’t money in your account? Too bad, because we want your $26 per purchase. We’ll tell you it’s set up properly though for your peace of mind, and when it bites you, we’ll be sure to deflect that you did something wrong. -The app is severely lacking. You cannot make external transfers, you can barely make transfers to your own accounts. Charges take multiple days to process. -Card stolen and need to cancel it? You’re in luck, please call the phone number on the back and hold for at least 25 minutes before anyone can answer, then when they do answer it’ll be another 20-30 minutes for them. These are just a few examples over the last 6 months ALONE. Word of advice for anyone looking to open an account here? DON’T. And before anyone from FCCU comments, please call us- don’t bother. I’ve tried to communicate these things many times, and if the only time you’ll listen is when you get a bad review, then that shows what kind of business you’re running.

Overall the staff seems friendly and helpful. I havent been banking here long but there are already some rather frustrating instances I've had to deal with. It's been around 3 weeks for me since I ordered a debit card and it has yet to arrive to my house and no one seems to be able to tell me what's going on. I need my debit card to pay for my expenses. The staff (although friendly and can be helpful) can take a long time to reach back to you.

I'm pretty satisfied with this credit union in general. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful, but there have been a few subpar experiences. Like the time that I waited in the drive through line for twenty minutes only to drive up to the window and be told that they can't deposit my check because they're closing. That was unacceptable. It wasn't the first time I've had to wait in a long line, but it's not the end of the world to wait. But when people spend up to a half hour in line after working all day, there is no excuse to turn them away, closing time or not. If it's truly mandatory to officially close by a certain time, you need to either maintain proper staffing to get the job done, or prevent new customers from queueing up.

    Response from the owner

Ellen, we are extremely sorry for the situation you experienced in our drive-up. Our branch manager has been notified of the situation so this doesn't happen again in the future. We truly appreciate you providing this feedback, as we strive for ALL of your experiences with us to be positive ones. Thank you.

Terrible credit union! They prey on Hispanics and rip people off with soooooo many hidden fees. They have extremely long lines at their branches. Their app is so old school old fashion. Go to a real bank. Been a member here for 20 years, no more! Can’t even call a real person at the bank in Green Bay because they get so many complaints every day they had to farm out there call-center to some weirdos in Texas and then they screen you and determine if you actually need to talk to someone in Green Bay about their issues! A real annoying joke!

    Response from the owner

We are sorry to hear of your experiences. We would like the opportunity to speak with you to better understand what happened, resolve any issues, and improve. Please reach out to us at 920-993-9000, or you can provide your contact information in this secure form on our website https://foxcu.org/contact-us/ and someone from our Fox team will reach out to you.

I've been going here since I was 2. But because I'm a minor i have to have my dad with me to get money out of my account. Even if I have proof with an ID and my card for it. I can't take any mony out. The same thing applies for putting money in the account.

    Response from the owner

Hi Izzy, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I'm sorry to hear your experience with us has been less than stellar. It sounds like you might have a custodial account, which would require your dad's approval on all account activity. If you are still a minor, you are able to come in with your parent/guardian and open a joint account, which would give you more control over your finances. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at 920-993-9000 or email [email protected]. Thank you again for your review.

The upgrade was & still is a major epic failure! Can't seem to get into my account, was on hold for over 48 minutes then to be put on hold 5-6 maybe 7 times. It was so many times I stopped counting. Then was told they would have to call me back because they didn't know how to help me. It has been 2 days & haven't heard from then yet.I heard they had a line of customers in line to pull out accounts, I will be there this weekend doing the same. Who was the brain that wanted to make the change should be walked out! Never had a problem until Harbor sold out to Fox! CAM

    Response from the owner

The purpose of online banking is so that it's easy and convenient. I typically deposit my checks online and I've never had such issues trying to get my checks deposited through their online system. Ive never ever had to sign my checks for just a deposit at any other place I've banked but they require it no matter what transaction you do. None of them can explain to my why this is needed. It's my check, my account. The one said its for security on your account. Security? To deposit a check into my account? Anyway, my frustration, today for example, I have taken pictures of my checks THREE times now. (Very frustrating) Online it does not tell you why the checks are rejected. Last pay period I had to call to see what the issue was. Turns out the MICR line wasn't straight enough for them and one of them I didn't sign because I shouldn't have to for a deposit. I also receive an email to tell me if the transaction got approved or rejected but the email is very delayed and not sent right away. I can login faster to see if it approved or rejected. Even with logging in and receiving an email, neither one tells me why it rejected. I still have to call. Please fix this and include why the transaction was not approved. I worked for a bank and also banked at a couple places that don't require you to sign your checks when you are only making a deposit. If you make a deposit and want cash back then yes a signature is required. I also never had an issue when I'm out of town and my boyfriend picks up my check and deposits it through the drive-thru but at this bank they gave him a hard time because it was not signed by me. He was NOT getting cash back just depositing the check into my account for me while I was out of town.

    Response from the owner

Nichole, We're sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced in using our mobile check deposit service. Thank you for the great feedback regarding rejection notifications. We're always looking to make improvements on our services for our members and we're working with our service vendors to better meet the needs of our members. And you are correct, not all financial institutions require check endorsements for deposits without cash back. However, it is the guideline we follow. An endorsement is what makes the check negotiable. It is what tells the other financial where the check is clearing through and that it is okay to honor it. If you have any other questions regarding our services, please feel free to give us a call at (920) 490-2900. Thanks, Nichole.
