We knew which car we wanted, but it still took 4 hours to complete the deal. We spent a lot of time waiting on the sales manager or finance. Seems like it should have taken a little less time.

Very frustrating experience. It was next to impossible to get a hold of anyone when my vehicle was in the service department. I left voicemails, called other departments and it finally took 4 days to get a call back with a status of my car’s repairs.

Daniel was a superb representative of KEA Medved. This was my first visit. From the moment I walked in the contacts were positive and favorable. During the times of service, Daniel kept me up to date. Outstanding!.

We bought a new car a few weeks ago. They said if we found any hail damage to the car to bring it in and get it fixed. We found a very very small spot. I live in Fort Collins and there dealership is in wheatridge. Monica and Scott were so helpful. The service department closed at 1 right when we got here. Scott made sure service stayed because of where we came from. They both have made this expirence hassle free. I would highly recommend coming in and asking for Monica to sell you your next car. Her manager Scott was easy to work with too. This was the best car buying expirence I have ever had!

My experience with Medved has always been a pleasant one. Amanda the young lady at the front desk was more than helpful and very knowledgeable on any recalls or service work i needed done to my Kia. You can truly tell they care about you and want you to be happy. I would recommend them to anyone.

I made an appointment online and said that I needed a replacement passenger mirror. When I got to the appointment I was told they would have to order the mirror and it would take another 2 weeks or something. It would have been a lot better if someone had called to get the details if needed and ordered the part in advance of the appointment.
