Was referred by a family member who had just finished refinancing her properties. I would like to say what a great decision we both made in regards to refinancing with the most amazing group of people. First of all, Anthony was very friendly and knowledgeable as well as helpful, consistant and above all available which makes everything about the entire process absolutely fluid. The documents requested were luckily in my possession also sped up the process but just the attention to detail in what was needed was very much appreciated. They took the time to contact our employers which we had to do ourselves previously with other lenders. Lastly, we started in early Dec. And just closed on the first days of Jan., which in my opinion was pretty quick considering the whole pandemic and holiday situation. Lastly, i could not be more happy with the whole process, we got a great rate, excellent service, and a superb amount of savings on the refinance.
