Fortera Credit Union Griffin Bell Dr, Hopkinsville

I liked this bank when I lived near them. I was known as the "Quarter Guy on a Bike" because I would occasionally be biking through their drive-thru to get a handful of quarters for the laundromat. There had only been a few instances where the service was inadequate, like I remember being in the building and it felt like it took an hour before I was able to make a simple withdrawal/deposit. There was also a time during one of the drive-thru visits, where it took almost forever for the people behind the window to even know I was there, ready to use their service. Their ATMs have a tendency to not work after a while and for quite a lengthy period of time. Which made withdrawing from them, quite a pain to deal with. Their online banking is honestly one of the best I've ever seen, such easy to use and UI-friendly. Overall, not a bad bank, it just has it's occasional inconveniences.

I love the bank itself but this branch is slow as hell on their drive thru areas. I swear the people there don’t know how to do their jobs. Just today my husband and I sat in line for an hour just for me to deposit money. There was only 2 lines open and each line had 2 cars a piece. This is just ridiculous. They need to speed up their drive thru service.

I went once and they couldn't replace my card because their machine was broken and I had to go to the one in the Walmart across the street. The next day my mother tried to get some checks and it took the 30 minutes. You're better off just going to the on across the street.

Very good have a few loans with them in past rates a bit higher than some but lower than others credit karma says loans here are 50% less than others have

I needed a debit card m. The teller basically told me they have some but because mine was misplaced. I’d have to wait for them to send one in the mail when they have them there at the branch. I mean I can order one online myself
