Forcht is a great bank! The people are always very helpful, respectful and professional. I love the fact that someone answers the phone when you call. I love you be greeted when I walk in. Was working with 5/3 on a refi on my primary and rental for almost 1 year. I have excellent credit and no debt other than the properties and a small amount on a car. I talked to Tina Wiehe at Forcht and she said she could close in 30-45 days with a better rate. She delivered and made suggestions that really helped me out. I’m closing all my accounts with 5/3 and will never use them again! Thank you Tina and Forcht Bank.

Constantly getting overdraft fees even though I opted out of overdraft protection SEVERAL times.

I’ve been banking with them for some years. They have gone out of there way many times to help me. The wait on the drive thru can be improved, other than that the best.

Refused to let me close my acct because I couldn't wear a mask. Explained I have asthma and could not but the bank had no other way for me to complete my business and acknowledged they did not care about my disability.
