We had the pleasure of dealing with Michelle (closing agent) and Bridgett (Senior Processor) at this location. Both are exceptionally knowledgeable, polite and prompt. Bridgett went above and beyond to help us when closing on a property in Knoxville. She’s a real treasure and people like her and Michelle and businesses like Foothills Title Services Inc. are one of the main reasons we chose to move to Tennessee!

Just had a closing and was unable to be there in person. Bridget and Michele went the extra assuring me they would take care of my client. I never have to worry bc of the incredible commitment and communication ✔️🙃

Good location just off the main road. The building is newer and has another business attached. The office is small but has enough room to get done what is needed. The front office staff was friendly and the agent we worked with as well. My only criticism is that the business itself seems disjointed and disorganized. For a title company I would assume the they would have all of their t's crossed and I's dotted.

We feel we were treated unfairly. Sue Smartt, who was our closing person, failed to mention that the realtor at the closing was representing an LLC her own mother owned. Sue was aware of the relationship. This caused a great deal of grief due to what we see as a conflict of interest. It simply was not fair and one sided. Additionally, we allege, the ladies that work there told the seller's agents we were having trouble with our contractor. This was none of their business and I'm sure if true rules were broken.

Foothills Title is the only title company I trust with my home buyers! I've been working with Foothills for over 6 years now and they have never let me down. From the point of intake on a new transaction to the closing table - they have it DOWN, like clockwork. They ensure there is safe and clean title during the home buying/selling process and are kind and patient along the way. Thanks Foothills, you will be a partner for life!

Very polite people, always punctual, and there to answer questions. When we recently purchased our house the representative was excellent at explaining everything we were signing, and I mean everything, every page was gone over. Made the whole process a little less stressful.

Foothills Title has been my “go-to” closing agency for several years now and will continue to be my most trusted real estate title agency. Foothills Title has closed my personal purchases as well as most of my real estate clients and their attention to detail in every transaction is very concise.I have seen some of their closing checklists and they are daunting. I understand fully why it takes a team of professionals to get what appears deals to the closing table seemlessly and on-time. If you get the chance, do yourself a favor and close with Rebecca, Bridgett and Sue at the North office. They are one of Knoxville’s most experienced closing teams.

It is my opinion that they are not open and honest. I do not recommend them and I especially don't recommend the company they keep/realtors they are willing to work with.

This was the first time we have used their services and we were very pleased! We would definitely use them again in the future.
