I’m pregnant and have been using the drive thru window for years but today I was told I had to go inside. There is a pandemic going on and I felt very uncomfortable. They didn’t clean anything till after I complained how unsafe and sanitary this was because I had to share a pen the teller was using. When expressing my concerns and how uncomfortable I was they were not accommodating at all. I’ve been to several different locations and this is the only one that makes you go inside. Staff is very rude. No hand sanitizer in site either.

This is by far the best bank I have ever done business with! The branch manager, Michelle treated me and my wife more like family members of the branch than customers. She went way above her job description to help us get the right car at the absolute best rate. I highly recommend this bank, location and Michelle to anyone looking to finance a vehicle. She also helped to refinance my current vehicle loan at the same time she put our new car loan together! I must say, I believed customer service was a thing of the past. I guess I was wrong! The new building on Starkey and SR54 is not close to ready, however they shut the Mitchell Ranch location down at 2pm, and you can't go to the little trailor next to a muddy mess until Monday. We will be there to pay our loan off and close our accounts. This is not how a financial institution treats their customers. Especially near the holidays

Can't get a person when you call their number - press this, press that, wait on hold.... It tells you to go to their website but their website and software/app are not user-friendly at all.

Very poor customer service through the credit card. Always adding charges. Double charges. Won't use them anymore.

The workers are very sneaky and untrust worthy for being a place to save money and entrusted certified established co-op,, The board of trustees would be greatly justified in looking at some of there own management team !
