Josh provided the BEST experience in buying a new home I could have asked for. Six days before closing the Flat Branch company failed me. I was given a false sense of hope of getting a home while on leave from work due to covid(still receiving full pay). The lender I was working with had all of my paper work but failed to mention early in the process I needed a return to work letter or I could not get a home. Her sales manager claimed she did not know but I cannot believe she did not know that unless she missed that day in training. Its pretty black and white with lending offices so I can't believe she wasn't aware of that fact. Not to mention her lever of unprofessionalism as she text my realtor that I would not be getting a home but would not hold a conversation with him on the phone. Her sales manager was also very rude when trying to prove his point, over talking me and getting loud with me over the phone. I will not be recommending Flat Branch to anyone as I have also learned I am not the first person the lender has done this too.
