If I could give this bank zero stars I would. I've been using them for my business account for two years, and from the get go it has been a disaster. Online banking instantly locked my account after I used their provided password to log in, it never let me log in again. They lost my debit card rightfrom the start. Then never ordered a replacement after I informed them of the loss. And I had to go in a THIRD time to get it ordered, three months later! The card finally arrives and never, not once in two years have I been able to successfully use it at the bank's ATM. Today was the last straw, after many ginger and then frustrated attempts, it actually forced the ATM to stop working. I have had nothing but bad experiences and will be canceling this membership ASAP.

The two ladies at the bank were extremely courteous. While I was there a young man tried coming in without a mask. Then Melissa Parkin excused herself, and went over and politely told the young man he could not enter without a mask. He said he didn’t have to. She explained to him that was the policy, if he didn’t want to wear a mask she understood therefore they would be more than happy to help him through drive-through. He was angry and upset talking about his rights, he had already knocked the sign over out front that asked people to wear a mask! She stayed calm and collected but firmly stood her ground, and followed the bank policy! He finally went through drive-through, they were not able to help him because his account had expired. She was apologetic to me that this had happened. I did not feel threatened, they were very stern with the gentleman but polite. The two ladies at the bank handled it beautifully. I’m a Very satisfied customer!

WOW.... 3 visits to this branch, 4 calls into this branch and my account is still not fully accessible or usable. They failed to set me up with online banking, they didn't provide me with banking info so I requested they mail it to me. Also, they tried to get me back into the branch again, but I refused because 1) they have everything they need from me 2) it should not be this hard to open/use account 3) this experience has made me regret opening up an account here, but I'm too exhausted at this point to start all over somewhere else at this very moment...
