Flagstar Bank 15 Mile Rd, Sterling Heights

Changed my checking from a credit union I had been with for over 20 years. There service had declined. Decided on Flagstar due to their reputation for being a hands on people oriented bank. Was very happy with Michael Daniel's as my personal person at local office. I also Changed over my savings after talking with Mike.

I'm sitting in the drive through. The bank opens at 9:00. I was here at 9:00. It is now 9:07. I have finally been acknowledged by a girl in a tank top with visible tattoos all over her shoulders and arms, that she will be with me soon. Really? Professionalism at it's finest. It is now 9:10. Still no service. It is clearly time to change banks. Finally pulling out at 9:14.

First off, one star is generous. This place will nickle and dime you tell your broke with their paper fees that no one tells you about or even how to opt out of them. Customer service is horrid, their representatives are poorly trained and inconsistent. They will also threaten to hang up on you or just put you on hold to no end if you ask to speak with any of there management staff. I have called this place so many times that I lost count and half the time they will just hang up on you. Also, the app is complete trash. To refresh your account you literally have to logout and log back in. The website is just as bad, it only loads 50% of the time.
