    While their customer service reps are very nice and clearly overworked the trasition from Wells Fargo to flagstar has bee horrendous. First they sent letters saying they were acquiring both my accounts and that I wouldn’t be able to use my debit card anymore. Then I was left without access to my money for a whole week while they struggled to transition. Then they sent me a new card which it turns out I can’t use without fees attached that I wasn’t aware of. This transition is a wreck. Whoever is in charge of this should be fired for their inability to handle the situation. I am not the only one who has had a rough time with this company. I do not recommend using them as your bank. Again their customer service reps are nice but they don’t have a lot to work with so you’ll be on hold for a while to try and figure things out because they are overworked and overwhelmed with the sheer amount of complaints.

    I give this branch a 1 star only bc I have to in order to write this review. I don't know if it bc the branch is a slower paced branch or bc everyone in there is inexperienced or if they are not well trained. I had an incident, and it was completely the fault of Wells Fargo and the people at this branch Kelly, Jennifer or Jenna, and one other lady I can't remember her name.. Never once did they try to help me out but constantly used the term "investigate" never once did anyone apologize, but just kept giving me the teller training manual as an explanation. Wells Fargo is the only bank I know that hands you a receipt that states you will have your funds available on a certain date and then releases fund and then allows a new probably needs to go back to training teller the ability to take the funds back and overdraw a clients account after she cashed a check with the funds that were released. How is a teller allowed to cash a check in the branch and over draw a clients account.. In my 14 years as a banker I have never heard of such ... On a side note I called this branch 4 times after I had missed 1 call from the service manager Kelly but nobody at the branch answered, and she had the audacity to tell me "I tried calling you but you didn't answer". The branch gets a flat zero or F for customer service! I can't wait to hear back from the area manager Brent ... I'm still waiting for his call it's been 1 business day so far let's see how long this takes! I will Be taking this as high as it needs to go! ... And all she had to say was " let's see how we can help you Ms. Chung" .. Your the SERVICE manager Kelly!

    I would like to recognize one of the superior WF branches. I was all but ready to transfer to another bank due to the fact that I had to drive over an hour to reach a branch - the only one in Indiana(?) - Rushville. It was very irritating to me that there are no other branches that I could wire my transfer for my house purchase tomorrow. I was not thrilled about the inconvenience. That was until I made my way into the branch and found all of the awesome smiles and warm personalities that were awaiting my arrival. Most notably of the folks I encountered was MEGAN. What an incredible representative they have for that company. If I were starting a company, she would be the face that I would choose over any other. I can't tell you how thrilled I was to be dealing with her and how wonderful she made my wife and I feel. This experience is the one and only reason that I will continue to bank with Wells Fargo. Hopefully her superiors will see this review and the message that I sent to WF and give her the recognition that she deserves. And NO, I'm not a relative or even seen her before.

    I wanted to give them a 0 star rating but that wasnt possible. I called every wells fargo from indiana to Kansas city I could get no help. All I wanted to do was cancel my card cause it was stolen but I couldnt cause I couldnt get through to speak with someone so while I was trying to get ahold of some one the person who stole my card was fill in their tank and buy expensive things

    I don't remember her name, but the girl who helped me set up my account was very helpful and understanding, as it is my first bank account.

    Closed my account without alerting me. It has been a complete nightmare dealing with them after being sold to them from Wells Fargo. Both NIGHTMARES!

    Does not have a bathroom. I went in to sign some paperwork and was told there is no public available restroom. Other than that some staff are knowledgeable others...not so much.

    Very unprofessional, never answer the phone. Give very vague answers. Charge fees on top of fees when ever they can! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS BANK AND THEIR UNFAIR PRACTICES.

    They are practically unreachable...the 4151 number is nothing but a looped recording. Such a shame since it's the only branch in the whole of southern Indiana!
