Five Star Credit Union E Shotwell St, Bainbridge

Please, don’t waste your time banking here. If, you have an issue it will take days if not weeks to get resolved. I have utilized all the avenues in place to have a cash deposit credited to my account with no resolution. No one will return my messages, customer service is useless and it has been one day short of a week and I am still hundreds of dollars short. I have also physically visited the bank to notify them of the issue. I hate this bank.

***They managed to resolve my issue swiftly, everything is good now, thanks guys*** Wiped out two paychecks with overdraft fees over two weeks, never contacted anyone to see if anything was going on with the account but were happy to want to set up a payment plan to pay the fees off. No call backs from management, 1/10 for banking. 10/10 for screwing my wallet. 👍

Bainbridge Branch really gone downhill from what they used to be as far as customer relationsEnvision Credit Union starting to look pretty damn good

Tried to put money in an account over the phone using a credit debit card. They said I needed to go to the bank and show identification to be able to do that. When I got to the bank they said their card system is down, which it's been down for 6 months. They told me to pull the money out of the atm. I'm not paying extra just to transfer money. Worst customer service I've had at a bank.

Horrible been a customer for 10 plus years Had a encounter with a clerk about me withdrawing a certain amount of money out my account was told I can only get a certain amount a week , never in my life dealt with the lies that came behind it such as we don’t have the money in the bank the money truck hasn’t came or is it “PPP” money when all my transactions came from one account ! This bank has /is going downhill ,..needless to say I closed my accounts and still wasn’t given my cash ,I was wrote a cashier check Another incident I took a check to get it cashed I was asked who it was from I stated it’s on the check and was asked why they wrote the check furthermore it took them almost two weeks to dispurse my money to me

Five star is great it's just this location that isn't a pleasant experience. Donalsonville location is awesome and worth the drive to. Having nice friendly non airheaded or snobby people must be the difference. Just my and others I've spoken with opinion. Plus they're so much slower, always waiting too long.

Great expirence always, have used this bank for many years, usually no wait. Great place to bank.

As long as you don't have any questions, comments or concerns this is a great bank with a great mobile app. It took over 2 weeks for them to respond to a message I sent via the mobile app.
