FirstBank Quebec St, Denver

Went in to cash a check from their own bank and provided all necessary documents “ 2 forms of id’s” I didn’t feel welcome by the teller who helped me. From the very first second to the last bit of her just counting the money and leaving it on the table scattered for me to pick up. That was very unprofessional! You guys always wonder why I don’t bring my money and business over well now you know why. I will definitely go to another 1st bank.

Worst bank ever!! People are good, but I hate having to do anything with this bank! Nothing works, no customer service! Do not choose this bank. I feel like a hostage because I have so many accounts connected to my bank. Please do yourself a favor, get a real bank, before it's too late.

I have been with first bank for a long time. Never had a problem. Today I was treated horrible and the person I spoke to made me feel like the worst person. I know who it was but don’t feel comfortable posting a name- I wouldn’t want to make her feel the way she made me feel!

Terrible customer service and antiquated electronic systems. Mobile deposits, weekend debits, etc. all happen after an extended delay and there is nothing you can do about it. Use a different bank, I’m withdrawing my funds in their entirety ASAP.

I love this bank. It's part of my job to go here 5 days a week. They are all very kind and professional. Great group of people.

Just needed to cash a check (their check), wanted 2 forms of id apparently my social and Id didn't cut it and still wanted a 5 dollar fee to cash it (king supers will do it for 4 ) (the employees are special)

Never had an issue with the bank itself but a teller at this branch completed a whole withdrawal for me & never asked for my ID. Only dissatisfied because what if it was not me?

I will never use that bank for anything. Just recently tried to pay off my Husband’s s account and close it and they won’t get payment on the phone, went to the bank they can’t accept payment but I can deposit the money and pushed me To use cash advance as it won’t charge me, and a week later my bank charge me almost 16$ for non ATM cash.

Not very happy with First Bank too many hidden fees that they fail to disclose with the customer.
