    Note that this location is cashless. Having been a user of the previous Kirkland location that closed, I was eagerly awaiting this one to open. However, I recently went in to make a withdrawal, and was told the branch was completely cashless and I had to go to Redmond to make a withdrawal, which is significantly less convenient than the visiting the 85th location had been.

If you need cash services outside of what an ATM can provide, we have other locations such as our Redmond location as well as shared branches in the area that can help.     I've been a FirstTech customer forever, and even though it was a little far from home I used the old location in Kirkland when I needed to. Now most of the locations are cashless. I called FirstTech customer service and they couldn't figure out where I could go to make a cash deposit. Chase is a short trip down the street and can handle cash and my online banking. No reason to stick with FirstTech any longer.

The Kirkland location is cashless, however we have several branches in that area that accept cash.     Available parking on street is difficult to find. As others have said, this is cashless banking. Unbelievable! Place is tiny, cramped, and confusing. This is far worse than the previous location on 85th St. Looks like they are trying to lose customers.

    Cashless so don’t send anyone here to cash a check. Difficult to park given this is an ATM with First Tech employees just kinda hanging out. Wasted space.

    This is worst experience ever, stopped by for multiple services: The people are lying with out any hesitation, so lazy to work. They said charging for the printer statement for past 2 years, same very person helped me with out any charge on Dec, and did not mention anything For Notary: he helped in December with the validity till 2023, now he is lying no notary available at this location. Avoid this branch.

    Small and cramped. Staff were friendly but they told me that they no longer print temporary checks, which conflicts with the information on their own website (We recently opened a new checking account).

    Beware this is a branch that only offers half of the services of a regular bank - Would not recommend. Terrible idea from first Tech.

    The First Tech ATM is inside the building in the lobby outside the First Tech branch. If you enter the building from the 400 Urban Plaza entrance you have to go up one floor via stairs. If you enter via the 400 Central Way entrance the ATM is on that floor to the right. After hours and Sundays entering via Central Way is different. The revolving door is locked and the regular door does not have a handle. Press the button with the universal handicapped symbol and the door opens.

    Their debit card printing machine was broken and you can’t take cash from your account at this location.
