    Worst location to bank with your money is NOT safe there. Read over their service. They can continue processing a check up to 60 days after they had already deposited it. It's listed in their services. The idea of safe money is a false advertisement when they have that lack of accountability in their services. Read their services. It doesn't seem like much until it actually is used against you. Bank manager cleared fraudulent checks sent by a predatory vendor and my account is now destroyed.

    I went to the drive up atm and deposited around $700 the atm ate my deposits. I made sure to have it print me a receipt but the receipt I got said “We encountered a problem returning your cash. Please contact your financial institution”. It also gave me the dates and atm number so I had to call the credit union since my deposit isn’t in my account and currently I filed a dispute but this is a nightmare hopefully I get my money they disputed $700 I only get to keep it if they approve the conclusion, if they don’t I just lost Around 700 dollars and I will be closing my account. This shouldn’t be happening BEWARE. I just hope they do something about it and give me my actual amount of cash I deposited.

    Been using first tech for nearly 2 decades. Up till covid hit I never had issues with them, service was great and fees low. The last 2 years service has absolutely gone to hell. Lines are always horrendous, they are ALWAYS short staffed, they usually have 1 teller and a line out to the door. Their services also seem much more limited in office than before. If you need to call them forget anything else for the next hour you will be on hold. After many auto loans, home loans and decades of banking with them I will be moving banks.

    I have been with this bank for more than 10 years and only recently I’ve been having trouble with it! I’m super disappointed with this bank and honestly only hope for other people to choose a different place.

    I would not open multiple accounts with first tech. They keep charging hidden fees ( wire in fee, late charge even if it’s their own fault that the automatic payment did not work in the first place) and do not have the courtesy to listen to their customer in case you enquire about it.

    DO NOT USE FIRST TECH BANKING. USE ANYONE ELSE!! I have been locked out of my credit account 5 times in the last 8 months with it reflecting almost complete available balance. Two times while traveling internationally and 3 times in the US. Without any reason as to why. It takes 4-5 days for payments to process from a checking account to an internal credit account. Customer Service is slower than molasses with responding to customer satisfaction issues.

    Description of Complaint: I opened an account.. Transferred almost $30,000 worth of savings to this account.. from my Chase account.. Have not even used the account for anything else. No checks, ATM withdrawals, nothing.. And my credit is good. Within 30 days I get a notice that my account is completely locked out "due to suspicious activity".. I haven't even used this account.. When I call they won't tell me anything except "wait for the investigation". What suspicious activity?? They refuse to even explain, nor let me talk to anyone with authority.. And apparently they feel no urgency to conduct this "investigation" expediently.. I'll have to file a lawsuit just to get my money back from this disgusting institution.. And.. I will be seeking damages. At this point.. I don't trust this bank with one penny.. I want a full refund of my balances immediately.. Already filed: -a complaint with BBB -a complaint with National Credit union association -a complaint with Google Pending - filling complaints with: FTC And any other governing body.. Including a lawsuit for balance return plus damages -Disgusted customer. ☹️ I don't trust this credit union with over penny for one second.. they have a tenancy to lock you out of your own account and leave you high and dry indefinitely and without explanation.. What if I was traveling and got stranded because of this?? That's Horrifying practice, and based on BBB COMPLAINTS I can see this is done regularly.. Desired Settlement: Refund (release) of my account balances Immediately

    Seems like some of the other reviewers were having a bad day. The front staff were very nice, and sure, there was only one teller when there could have been two, but the account managers stay on it and keep the wait time short by taking you in for 1 on 1 help. The gentleman who took me in was awesome and personable.

    Web site said drive thru was open till 2pm on Saturday....got there at 1:10 pm to a line of cars and a teller comes out and tells us they are closed.....fix your hours......

    I came to this location as I have always done. I got here when there was NO line and put name on the list to get a new debit card. There was only 4 people in line for a new card before me. The lovely gentleman told me it would only be a 20-30 minute wait. 55 minutes later after EVERYONE had come and gone I finally helped and only because I told right in front of the door. I’ve worked in customer service and retail for almost 10 years and never I been treated so low and been given the go around so many times. Evergreen branch is much better and quicker than this place. 10/10 recommend NOT doing business here.
