Terrific bank but they do need more digital banking options such as external transfers and mobile check deposits. Great customer service and hours. Fees aren't bad as long as you are responsible and do not overdraw your account.

The service and attention that I received at the Conway branch was excellent! I went to the bank to inquire about an account that we had not used for quite a while. It had been a number of years since I had visited the bank and I did not recognize any of the people behind the desks/counters. I expected to be treated like a stranger; or that I would have to jump through hoops because I did not have my account number with me and my face was not familiar. Well, that was not the case at all! I was promptly greeted by a pleasant young lady named Mikaela who proceeded to treat me like an old friend! She asked me how she could assist me. I told her that I wanted to have emergency funds wired to my account & I wanted to make sure that the funds would be received without incident. Mikaela explained that my account was domain due to a long period of no activity (& a very low balance.). She didn't ask me a 1000 questions; she merely verified my identity & reactiviated my account with a $1 deposit. A few days later the funds were transferred without incident & available for access 24hrs later. In retrosoect, I don't know why I thought I would receive anything but excellent service from this branch. Although, it had been a few years since I used the account, I recall that my experiences in the past with this branch were always excellent. Thank you Mikaela and thank you too Adam for making banking at First Service an easy and pleasant exoerence!

I’ve dealt with many banks over the years and while I will forever love Bank of Texas, I now reside in Arkansas and First Service has made me feel the same as my Texas Bank. Cassie Hurst has been amazing and the rest of the staff so helpful and courteous. I highly recommend First Service if you want personal service and to be treated very well. I can’t speak highly enough about my experience. Thank you Cassie and First Service, I look forward to a long-standing and extremely lucrative relationship with your institution.

At a time of uncertain times and businesses suffering - Dawn at First Service Bank took excellent care of me and my business YGFBFKitchen Mobile Food & Catering LLC. I applied with my current bank for the PPP program through the SBA and I heard crickets! Saw an ad on Facebook that First Service Bank was helping members and non-members secure funding I quickly contacted the bank. They answered and was very polite! The rep transferred me to Dawn and she quickly went to action. She took all my information and when the time came for my information to be submitted she quickly acted. It is such a scary time for small businesses and with big banks only focusing on bigger small businesses - I am so appreciative and grateful Dawn at First Service Bank was there to help me try to get back to normal! Im so pleased at how they treated me as a non member that I will definitely be transferring all my business over to First Service Bank!

Cassie Hurst is amazing. She helped me so much. Even after calling her over and over again she never lost her cool. I would recomend First Service Bank to anyone
