They are always nice and any time I've had trouble with anything. It been handled promptly. I only gave it a 4 because some years ago we tried getting a loan from them and that experience was horrid. The loan officer was never available. He wasn't transparent about things. We eventually went with another lender. Other wise it is a good place to bank. There mobile app is great too

If this is the one by Edwards I'm almost jealous to read how most have been treated like family lol I was standing checking my bank printout and was stared at like they thought I was going to run off with the coffee machine 🙄 hardly any smiles or greetings even though I bank with them too. I already opened account 2 years ago & unfortunately have to go to this one for main banking however other than that I go to the one down from Beebe family dentistry where there is kinder friendlier staff.. it's a disgrace to stare at people with such hard faces ..my hair was a different color ,so was my skin but not real sure what that was about wen others say they r treated like family ..I'm trying not to go there ..u know ...cause it can happen with anybody and anywhere from anyone..

Best bank in arkansas. They always make me feel like family. They have helped me a lot though the years.

Customers service sub par at best. Loan officers not helpful. Do not recommend.
