First off I have to say purchasing a home is always EXTREMELY stressful. Finding a home, negotiating a price, moving etc, its just part of it. However when it comes to the financing side of things, getting approved, payments, rate, you want to make sure there is someone that is on your side that will be honest, professional, and you can be sure that will make the entire financing side painless. Andre is that guy! He was upfront with rates, answered questions in regards to different payment scenarios, and we NEVER had to worry about our financing through the entire home buying process.
